Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position such as in bed for drain pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or PVC) of 75 mm internal dia, set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or PVC) of 160 mm internal dia, set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes of 160 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes of 160 mm dia bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm dia bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on stone/ PCC block/ brick wall or top of chajja including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers in cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm thick first layer and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid under relevant item of Schedule.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chajjas and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out liquid/ solid content from sump/ septic tank/ filter bed/ soakage well and sewage lines by Sewage Sucker Tanker & cleaning thoroughly including disposal of liquid/ solid content outside of the Defence Land complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for keeping the sewage system in areas under the jurisdiction of GE (P) Navy Mandovi fully functional by employing two helpers including all sundays & holidays complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Period of maintaining the sewage lines under INS Mandovi area shall commence from the date of commencement of work as given in Work Order No 1. (ii) The contractor shall depute two workers daily to the JE Civ in-charge for noting down any complaints which shall be attended to, the same day. A register of complaints duly signed by all concerned shall be maintained by the contractor. If the complaints are not rectified within a reasonable time as decided by Accepting Officer, a sum of Rs 500/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. The Accepting Officer's decision in this regard shall be final and binding. (iii) In case of any breakage due to negligence of contractor, the sewage lines shall be made functional without any extra cost to the Govt. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of any T & P, equipments, safety devices, etc required to execute the work to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning RCC/ AC/ PVC water tanks (staged over the bldg) of capacity not exceeding 500 ltrs, by carefully removing float valve, draining out water, scrubbing down with wire brush to remove fungus, mud scales, washing down with fresh water, refixing float valve in same position and applying one coat white / colour wash on external surfaces and spreading bleaching powder inside water tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 here-in-before but of capacity exceeding 500 litre and n.exc 1000 litre complete all as specified and directed.
