Sch 'A' Part- V - MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.)

Internal (E/M) Services

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory assembled, air cooled packaged air conditioner inverter type, AC plant capacity 8.75 TR complete with outdoor and indoor unit and the indoors should be designed to deliver at least 4400 CFM with all equipment and accessories complete and comprising of following:- (a) Air cooled packaged air conditioner inverter type, unit of minimum 8.75TR capacity and indoors should be designed to deliver at least 4400 CFM and flexible air supply hose type ducting heavy duty, air flow not less than 500 feet (b) Hermetically sealed scroll type compressor with microprocessor based control with R-22 Refrigerant Gas electrically operated on three phase 415 Volts 50 Hz AC supply complete suction discharge shut of valve automatic capacity control with thermostat and solenoid valve, built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas muffler, crank case heat oil pressure safety switch etc.

(c) Control panel complete with HP/LP cut out, oil safety switch, suction discharge, oil pressure gauge (d) Shell and tube type air cooled condenser as per OEM (e) Cooling coil of copper tube with aluminium fins. (f) Heating Kit, trip type arrangement in bank to serve as re heater complete with monsoon air conditioning (dehumidifier) (g) Blower for weather makers complete with suitable electrical motor TEFC squirrel cage motor for operation on 415 V 3 phase AC supply with V belt guard (h) Expansion valves and pilot solenoid valves (i) Necessary copper piping for liquid line complete with fitting valves etc. (j) First charge of non CFC refrigerant ( R-22) and Oil for the complete plant (k) Air filter of Non-woven polyester media enclosed in HDPE mesh (l) Compressor on/ off indicator (m) drainage port (n) Suction/ discharge pressure gauge NOTE: Duct shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ducting for supply/Return made out of Gl steel metal 24 gauge, Zinc coated complete with all standard accessories, flanges, GI Hardware, Self Adhesive elastomeric foam gasket, support etc as per IS-655, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ducting for supply/Return made out of Gl steel metal 22 gauge, Zinc coated complete with all standard accessories, flanges, GI Hardware, Self Adhesive elastomeric foam gasket, support etc as per IS-655, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ducting for supply/Return made out of Gl steel metal 20 gauge, Zinc coated complete with all standard accessories, flanges, GI Hardware, Self Adhesive elastomeric foam gasket, support etc as per IS-655, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for duct insulation with Armaflex sheet 19 mm thick insulation with 26 gauge Aluminium cladding and including the following:- (a) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completely free of miss scale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX Compound. (c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminum foil tape 50mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Fresh Air powder coated Anodized extruded aluminium construction fresh air louvers (50 mm deep) (Fresh air louver with VCD , bird screen & rattle-free) complete as per specification complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Aluminium sheet single piece 4 way diffuser removable core type with Alu extruded coller Damper duly powder coated of Neck size-450x450mm, Diffuser size 525x525mm and outer size 595x595mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire damper complete with limit switch, smoke detector/thermister, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation. The fire dampers shall be spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C. The fire damper shall be located in the SA/RA ducts, at all fire rated crossovers (shafts, walls, etc.). The control panel shall be located in such a way that the reset can easily be done. These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone. Fire damper shall be tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI. The fire-damper shall be of at least 120 minutes fire-rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,installation, commissioning an testing of LT Panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and wall mounted (indor type) weather/dust proof, factory made, IP-42 with openable doors on front powder coated over a coat of primer suitable for 440V, 3 Phase, Aluminum bus bar of suitable size and capacity, AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted including connecting up all out going MCCB/MCB with suitable size of Alu Bus bar oor with stranded copper cable and fixing on suitable comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Incomer:- 1. MCB FP 440 Volts, 3 Phase cap 10 KA 63 Amp-01 Nos Outgoing:- 1. Star Delta Starter 02 Nos 2. MCB TP rupturing capacity 10 KA 440 Volts, 3 Phase cap 10 Amps (Outgoing)-04 Nos 3. Digital Ammeter with selector switch with CT ration 800/5 Amps-01 Nos 4. Digital Voltmeter with selector switch 0 to 500 Amps -01 Nos 5. LED indicator lamp Red/Yellow/Blue color-03 Nos Note: The above star delta starters must be equipped with single phase preventer, contactors and suitable relays all as specified and driected.

Supplying, Fixing, Testing & Commissioning of Oversized LED wall temperature and relative humidity sensor with 14 inch display to show the data of of conditioned space as apecified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F LED tube light fitting 1x18/20 W, 6500 K, 4 feet long including provn of flexible cable 3 core, 23/.0076 from ceiling rose to connector complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

External Electrification

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.
