S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall including hangar doors, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 06 motorized sliding steel doors (Total 06 leaf in hangar, one side opening in hangar, each door of appropriate size width and height 4.75m x 6.50m with 3 leaves sliding on either sides horizontally (having interlocking arrangements and overlapping with each other) to cover the desired clear opening of width 30.50M & height 6.50M, Including fabrication, installation and erection of hanger door and fixing of top and bottom wheels along with top & bottom track, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) The contractor will get the design and drawing of hanger doors approved and vetted by one of the IITs with in 45 days from the date of commencement (The charges will be borne by contractor).

(ii) The contractor will carry out the hangar doors work based on the drawings and design approved and vetted by one of the IITs, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) The work shall be executed by the contractor through the specialist Hangar door firms having the experience minimum 05 years of similar nature of works. (iv) The approval of Hangar door firm shall be given by the Garrison Engineer. (v) The Hangar doors and guide rails shall be designed and to be fitted in such a way that the doors can be motorized in future the doors can be made motorized in future. (vi) Hangar door stoppers are to be provided wherever required to restrict the lateral movement of doors in case of derailment and tilting. (vii) 0.5mm thick precoated corrugatted galvalume sheet will be measured and paid separately. (viii) Epoxy anti corrosive enamel painting will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exceeding 15 cm thickness above ground floors and demolition procedure like cutting out of full depth of existing damaged/ shattered concrete slab up to the depth of 400mm or as per the design approved by the IIT and all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge with diamond wheel cutter or carbide tipped wheel saw to provide a pressure relief cut within the patch area prior to boundary sawing, in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape perimeter without disturbing adjacent slab, after the repair area is isolated by full-depth saw cuts, making small pieces, lift and removing the deteriorated concrete slab pieces from its position and removing to a distance exceeding 1.0 Km and not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 400mm thick or as designed by IIT cement concrete work in pavement of flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm using minimum 400 Kg of cement/Cum as per design mix including mixing of non circular polyester fibre @ 1Kg/cum all as per design mix laid and finished however in narrow width & small turning fillets fixed steel form work of approved size shall be used with prior approval of GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) The contractor will carry out the hangar door foundation work based on the drawings and design approved and vetted by one of the IITs, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge(The charges will be borne by contractor). (ii) The work shall be executed by the contractor through the specialist Hangar door firms having the experience minimum 05 years of similar nature of works. Supply only non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement all as manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming dummy/contraction joints 100mm deep and 8mm to 10mm wide at spacing not more than 4m c/c in 350 mm concrete pavement and sealing the joints with polyurethene based sealant Seal N flex FC (grey colour) over a coat of N49 primer including bond breaker caulked tightly into the base of sealing groove complete all as per manufactures instructions up to 15mm deep and 8mm thick over 12mm dia polythene rod over 70mm depth bituminous filler board after priming the concrete sides with two coats of primer shall be applied with a thin brush by the forward and backward movement before pouring the sealent with primer of same make complete all as specified and as directed

Notes: (i) Edges of joints shall be rounded up by mechanical means at the time of final cutting. (ii) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting. (iii) Final cutting, rounding of edges, use and waste of back up rod to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto final filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days (iv) Applying masking tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required

M&L for preparing new surfaces of iron and steel applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anti-corrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning of electrically operated motorized drive system, suitable for hangar door of size 30 M c 6.5 M, (3 leaf x 02) bi-parting, on existing/ newly installed hangar door making all suitable modification alteration to the doors, including 2 Nos Geared motor units for 6 leaf each motor gear drive unit assembly of 5 HP (suitable for 10000 KG ie 10 MT) consist of Idler Breaking assembly. Manual De- Clutching assembly, foundation Base, weather Proof enclosure of motor gear unit IP 55 control panel with safety features like MCB, MPCB, variable speed drive obstacle beam detector emergency stop key selectors, LED Push Buttons with function of (Forward-Reverse-Stop), auto power cut limit switch Hooter cum flesher 70 DB, safety anti crushing switches, festoon assemblies, Cable carriers rope wires tightner, Elect Cables, Buffers at the end of each panel to work as shock observer also protect from dust and weather, and all connected accessories as per directions NOTE - Cost of all connected sub main wiring or required size including MCB are be made in this rate.
