SITE CLEARANCE, EXCAVATION & EARTHWORK

Removing excavated material (any type) and depositing it outside Ministry of Defence Land. Note for 12.01 (i) Before quoting the tender, the bidders are advised to ascertain the distance outside MD and, at which the excavated material/ debris are to be disposed off. No extra claim what-so-ever shall be entertained on this account. (ii) This item shall be considered as per the requirement at site.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of Distribution transformer stepdown Level 2 , 11KV0.433KV , Three Phase complying with IS: 1180/IEC-76(Part-1) 2014 with latest amendments , Indoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 200 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side ,Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5 % in steP of 2.5 %. Losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows: :maximum allowable losses at full load (100 % ) & Half Load ( 50 % )shall not be exceeded 1.35 % & 0.93 % Respectivly as per GRlHA RATING, Percentage Impedance: 5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformers should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335 .The transformer should have both side cable end box with neutral brought out complete and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS-10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/Technical specifications : -

(a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) Conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jel breather (j) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to IS335. (k) Type of connection Delta/Star (l) Type of cooling: Oil and Natural Air. (m) Vector group:DYN 11. (n) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 °C maximum. (o) Cable end box on both side for HT/LT cables of suitable size. (p) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (q) Provision of oil and winding temperature gauge. (r) 4 Nos plain cast steel bi-directional detachable rollers. (s) Any other fittings/accessories necessary for satisfactory operation of the transformer shall also be provided without any extra cost.

Note : The Rate quoted shall be inclusive of transformer platform of size 1.5M X1.5M X1M with brick wall built in CM 1:6, sand and aggregate filling inside, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of 100mm thick over the top, rendering 10mm thick outer surfaces of brick wall and two coats of white wash over the rendered surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 630 amp, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 21 KA for 3 second, outdoor type dust & vermin proof with copper bus bars, fully interlocked Ring Main Unit (RMU) consisting of one number 630 amp motorize load break switch & two numbers 630 amp VCB modules with motorized operation. All live parts of the switchboard like VCB, bus bars etc should be enclosed in robotically laser welded single stainless steel tank 3 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as dielectric medium. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as dual core Ring CTs, self powered microprocessor based numerical relay 3 O/C + 1 E/F, manometer, Air insulated metering module, voltage indications, mechanical indications for breaker ON / OFF / Trip / Spring charged duly powder coated in Siemens grey shade RAL 7032 mounted after making foundation in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate confirming to all relevant IS & IEC standards including the following items:- Each VCB module shall have following accessories :- (a) 11 KV, 630 amp, 21 KA for 3 second motorize operated vacuum circuit breaker. (b) Push buttons for breaker ON/OFF (c) Self Powered Microprocessor Relay (3 O/C + 1 E/F) with rechargeable battery. (d) Three numbers 11 KV CTs 60-30/1+1 A, 2.5 VA, accuracy class 5P 10 for protection & class 1.0 for metering duly connected at 30 amp and programmed for 200 KVA load from factory. (e) Mechanical Indications for breaker ON, OFF, EARTH, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged. (f) Manometer for indicating pressure of SF6 gas inside the enclosure with pressure healthy marking. (g) Right angle boots for cable terminations. (h) Mimic diagram on front panel complete with status indicatiors. Air insulated metering module comprising of :- (a) Resin cast PTs of the ratio 11 kV / √3 / 110 V / √3, 50 VA, Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (b) Digital Multifunction Meter (KWH, KVAR, Frequency, Current & Voltage) (c) LED bulb for illumination (d) Space Heater with thermostat. Supply to spring charging motor of RMU:- Single phase supply from nearest power/supply point to spring charging motor of RMU with PVC insulated & sheathed, armoured, solid copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm twin core 1100 volt grade shall be provided and cost of the same is deemed to included in quoted rate of RMU. Note :- All items / components / accessories which are useful and necessary for efficient working of the RMU shall deemed to be included in it irrespective of the fact whether such items are specifically mentioned in it or not.

Supply & fix Drop out lift fuse link 11KV, 100 amps consisting of channel galvanized iron base, having 2 Nos 11KV post insulators per phase including fuse carrier of SRBP tube with heavily tinned non terrous metal parts & spring loaded phosphor bronze contact manufactured as per IS 9385 complete.

Designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning APFC Panel factory fabricated 2 mm thick stainless steel (SS 316) indoor type wall mounted microprocessor based automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel of aggregate capacity 50 KVAR with 6 stages configuration (10+10+10+10+ 5+5) having auto switching system for each stage in the form of electro magnetic making and breaking of contacts as per the varing load sensed by the micro-processor. The electro magnetic switching system used for energizing each capacitor stage should have the current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the charging current of the respective stage. Each switching stage shall carry a back up protection in the form of 'D' series MCBs of rating not less than 2 times the charging current of individual stage. Each switching stage shall have 22.5 mm dia 240 volts, AC, ON / OFF indication of LED type . The system should have option to run it on fully automatic and manual mode. In manual mode, the system may be operated by the use of 22.5 mm dia actuaters provided on the front fascia. Self adhesive computer cut vinyl letters shall be used for switching stage identification. APFC panel should achieve essentially 0.99 power factor and shall have the following main components:-

Minimum static life expectancy is more than 1,50,000 hours and switched life 100000 hours (5000 switching operations per year). Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning 'Silent type' Diesel Generating Set 160 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 volts suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor alongwith suitable rating Prime mover and consisting of the followings:- (a) Diesel Engine Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 0C, 50% RH & at 1000 metre MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and class- H insulation. (f) Exhaust System Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level and catalytic convertor. (g) Starting system 12 volt DC starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable battery (12 V, 150 AH capacity SMF lead acid type) as required. (h) Accoustic and weather proof enclosure Accoustic and weather proof enclosure wth arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per specifications.

EOT CRANE

Design ,supply, install, testing and commissioning of indoor type EOT (electrically operated travelling) crane double girder over head crane of 3 Ton capacity, class III, M7 as per IS:3177 of 2020 and IS : 807 of 2006 and other relevant Indian standards of latest versions having straight travel path, operating on 415 volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC and with control voltage not exceeding 110 volts, AC through low voltage transformer with independent movable pendent supported by chain/SS rope, double girder type , floor operated movable pendent control by means of push buttons independent of crab trolly position with protective panel with down shop lead, trailing cable complete with minimum IP-55 protection for cables, motors panels incl separate canopy for for motors alongwith all accessories/equipments duly epoxy painted complete all as stipulated' here in after , as shown on drawings and as directed. The EOT crane shall be provided with 3 Ton Chain Pulley Block ISI mark for mannual loading and unloading facility in case of power failure. The span length ,cross travel length & hook height mentioned is tentetive exact span length ,cross travel length & hook height shall be measured at site before fabrication.

NOTE: 1 a) The crane is to be operated in indoor as well as outdoor fully exposed to weaether elements. Adequate IP protective covering over the electrical and mechanical components shall be provided b) The crane shall be provided with additional storm brakes for anchoring it to cater to storm conditions c) Automatic electrohydraulic or electromagnetic brakes shall be provided if the service brakes are not electromechanical type. d) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include provision of electrical wiring of suitable size in rigid metallic conduits fixed on surfaces from main switch upto electrical control panels. All cables shall be armoured copper cables. Provision of ISMC channel welded along with ISMB (gantry girder) and longitudinal travelling rail welded alongwith ISMC.inclusive all supports ,MS insulators & other fittings & fixture as reqd. e) Clear span and bay length specified and shown on drgs are only indicative. The tenderer shall visit the site and ascertain exact span and bay length before designing / execution. f) Long traval main grantry girder will be provided by the contractor g) Dimensions,capacities/sizes of equipments/ accessories mentoned on drawing are minimum to be provided. Prior approval of Accepting Officer shall be obtained for the detailed construction drg and electrical wiring diagram of EOT crane and contractor shall incorporate changes wherever required and the rates quoted above shall deemed to inclusive of such provisions and its accessories before designing / execution. h) Longitudinal / cross travel shall be limited to 1.0 m away from the wall on both ends as far as possible. j) The lowest bidder shall prepare Constructional drawing including specification as per the design of approved OEM. In case the lowest bidder is not OEM himself then lowest bidder shall submit an MOU with departmentally approved OEM for construction and executing of the crane work.
