Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of burnt/ defective transformer of capacity 315 to 500 KVA, 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/ floor mounted, taking out from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for replacement/ draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered/ dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, welding work, leakage repairing and complete servicing including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rewinding, New transformer oil, Dehydration of transformer oil, LT /HT bushings/studs shall be measured and paid separately.

Note: Transformer oil filtration & dehydration by Ultra High Vacuum Double stage machine shall be done on existing installation place on same day.

M&L for new transformer oil for topping up or for replacement in Transformers /Servo Voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed Note: Oil shall be in company sealed barrel having BDV not less than 60 KV

M&L for servicing of LT oil cooled voltage servo stabilizer up to 500 KVA of any make at NAD/MO Goa sub station which includes disconnecting, removing old grease, re-greasing of moving parts, checking and servicing the voltage regulation, sychronizing motor, contactor or relays, carbon bush, displays and all electric circuits complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of installation by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including writing of identification Nos, capacity etc of transformers upto 800 KVA all as directed.

M&L for shifting of transformer from one site to another in case of emergency by disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of transformer of capacity 200 to 500 KVA, 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase, floor mounted incl. making all electrical connections at the place of installation complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) The rate for transport up to 10 Km and lifting of transformer by crane is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) The rate is deemed to be inclusive for disconnection & making connnections of transformer as required.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of LT panel by removing all dust etc. and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including of identification etc all as directed

Servicing and repair/maintenance of APFC panel Board heavy duty auto/manual operation including repair/ replacement of fuses, fuse link, contacts, current transformers and checking, replacing of defective control wiring if any replacement of defective cable lugs, patch work welding, replacement of defective door hinges including painting with two coat of sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc. and testing and commissioning complete for upto 100 KVAR all as specified and directed

Taking down existing old unsv LT panel board with all accessories and Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back openable with suitable cable chamber and front & back side double shutters with locking arrangement, panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 60 cm height for ground level, 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with 50 x 6 mm copper bus bar 700 Amp. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 6 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. M&L for servicing of 11 KV Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of any make at NAD/MO Goa sub station including disconnecting, removing old grease, re-greasing of moving parts with recommended grease and checking of the entire breaker trolley mechanism, checking of the closing and tripping time in milli seconds using high precision time scope timer, measurements of contact resistance and insulation values, cleaning the complete VCB by opening front and back doors, tightening of cable connections, checking & repairing the current circuit panel wiring, relay etc. and re-assembling & re-installing the VCB back to its original position including testing and commissioning after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The cost for minor spares such as operating handles, screws, nuts, bolts, washers indicating lamps, lamp holders, HRC fuses, fuse carriers etc. shall be included in the rate quoted for the item. Servicing shall be carried out as per manufacturer recommended checklist.

M&L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in 11 KV HT cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out excact location of fault complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for searately in respective item of sch.
