Sch 'A' Part- XI (MISCELLANEOUS) Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.

Design, construction, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following Electrical/ Mechanical component for Sewage Treatment Plant based on principal of Aerobic attached growth non clogging Randomly Moving Bed Bio- reactor (MBBR) of capacity 400 KLD, including required foundations all as specified shown in drawings and directed by Engineer -in- charge

Two nos Fine bar screen of MSEP construction as per given minimum specifications,( to be installed in Fine Bar screen chamber, to prevent floating objects passing through it and subsequently removing manually and dumped for further disposal )

One lot of air grid for equalization tank for providing aeration in the tank

Two nos. raw sewage centrifugal mono block pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings, ( to be installed for transferring sewage from equalization tank to process reactor). Level sensor shall be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge for each pump shall be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

Four nos. twin lobe type Air blower with motor, for providing air in equalization tank and MBBR reactors & Sludge holding tank. One no. Air rotameter shall be provided in each line to MBBR reactor 1 & 2, equalisation tank, sludge holding tank for measurement of quantity of air.

Two nos. anoxic chamber in MSFRP construction with all internals comprising of media, media retaining sieves and Mixer.

Four nos. MBBR tanks in MSFRP construction with all internals comprising of media, SS air grid & SS rise pipe, media retaining sieves, etc.

Four nos. sludge transfer self priming monobloc pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for transferring sludge from bottom of the tube settler to the sludge holding tank. One pressure gauge for each pump shall be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

Two nos. tube settler tank in MS FRP construction with media & collection trough

Four nos. sewage centrifugal monobloc self-priming recirculation pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for recirculation of biomass with sewage to the anoxic chamber. One pressure gauge for each pump shall be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

One no. Sludge Holding Tank in MS FRP construction, as per given specifications, to receive sludge from tube settler by gravity.

One no. Chlorine Contact cum Filter feed tank in MS FRP construction

One set of Sodium Hypo Chlorite dosing system comprising of 2 nos. dosing pump and one no. Solution tank.

Two nos. filter feed centrifugal monobloc pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for feeding tertiary unit, Level sensor shall be provided in the chlorine contact cum filter feed tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. One pressure gauge for each pump shall be provided to measure pressure at the outlet.

One no. Dual Media filter, complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filter.

One no. Activated Carbon Filter of complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filter.

Supply and fix Gunmetal foot valve with 'Y' type stainer at the inlet of pump to avoid any impurities entering the pump, confirming to IS, size 80mm dia complete all as specified

M&L for construction of valve pit chamber of size 900 x 900 x900 mm (internal dimesion) complete with PCC foundation in the ratio of 1:4:8 with brickwork in CM 1:4 using 'B' class bricks, PCC coping at the top in ratio 1:2;4, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 including painting with antifungal paint of 2 coats inside & outside the wall of chamber including MS sheet cover 3.15mm thicl with MS angle frame of 70 x 70 x 3.16 mm , locking arrangement complete two coat ofsynthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface all as specified and directed (Note: Required earthwork shall be measured and paid seperatly in respective Item)

Supply, install, test and commissioning of factory made LT panel board , indoor cubicle type floor mounted, dust & vermin proof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 2.0 mm thick with angle iron frame of size 50 x 50x 6mm, free standing on cable entry holes at bottom suitable for operation on 440V AC 3 Phase, 4 Fire, 50Hz with 100A rated copper Bus bar, fully compartmentalized, vermin proof, duly powder coated, 7 tank process suitable for IP-52 protection including voltmeter, ammeter of required range with selector switch and CT on incomer complete including standerd copper conductor cable single core of suitable size from starter to Motor comprising the following:- INCOMINGS :- (a) MPCB, 3 Pole, 415Volts, of normal rating 16amps with adjustable thermal range 4-6.30 amps for localised control and protection against overload and short circuit to 3 Phase motors all as directed - 01Nos OUTGOINGS:- (a)DOL starter suitable for pumpset of capacity 250 LPM, 35M head with inbuilt overload and earth fault relays, contactors, single phase reverse protection - 01 Nos

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF STP :- Annual Comprehensive maintenance of Sewage treatment plant (STP) installed of capacity 400KLD at CGRA TRV Chicolna, Goa including required chemicals complete for period of 03years after expiry of defect liability period of 24 months as specified in condition 46 of IAFW-2249

NOTES: (a) Rates quoted for above item of work by the contractor shall be both for material and labour complete unless mentioned. (b) the comprehensive maintenance shall be period of 36 months wef satisfactory completion of 2 years of defect liability period for the complete equipments installed of the STP. (c) The contractor shall be responsible for the periodical maintenance as sprecified including renewal/ replacement of parts, fittings, fixtures etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturer's instructions (d) All chemicals such as Poly electrolyte, calcium hypochlorite etc required for smooyh functioning of STP shall be included in quoted rate. (e) Cleaning of oil and grease chamber, screening bar and centifuse filter press and removal of cake shall be carried out by one sweeper employed a week. (f) Material and labour in collection of dried sludge cake in a month and disposed of safely in suitable place not more than 5KM from STP CRGA TRV, Chicolna, Goa. (g) rates also included M & L for painting of MBBR, tube shelter, duel media filter, activated corbon filter, filter feed tank by epoxy enamel paint over a coat of red oxide once in a year

Supply only Sodium Hypochioride calcium based high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in any form granular or in liquid form in factory sealed HDPE container (40/ 50 Kg each) chlorine concentration lever 40 - 60%, 60 - 70% and delivered at STP under AGE B/R Goa complete all as specified and as directed ( Make : RAMCO/ POTTER & WATTS corporation or equivalent make)

Supply only Poly electrolyte chemical complete all as directed ( Make : RAMCO/ POTTER & WATTS corporation or equivalent make)

Note apllicable to Item No. 52.00 and 53.00 above: These two items shall be measured and paid during defect liability period of 02 years

MANNING & OPERATION:- Manning and Operation (for Two shifts per day including Sunday & holiday, from 0600Hrs to 1400 Hrs and 1400Hrs to 2000Hrs) by employing with One skilled operator per Shift and maintaining desired level of Chemicals by dosing of required quantity of chemicals provided in system including tracing out and rectification of minor leakages in pipe line/ valves in entire work for all days in week for Sewage Treatment Plant installed of capacity 400KLD complete for a period of 24 months from the date of completion of installation, testing & commissioning work of STP plant with all instruments and controls complete all as directed

Note applicable to Item no.48.00(a), (b), (c) and 54.00 (a) Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance records shall be responsibility of the contractor and no stationary shall be provided by the Department. Format of log sheet and records etc shall be decided by GE/ Engineer -in-charge (b) DHPP shall be issued by the department under Sch 'B' as free filling of DG set. The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of the transportation and filling of FOL issued by the department to the respective installations. Prior intimation three days in advance regarding requirement of FOL for DG set shall be given by the contractor. (c) The quoted rate includeds any type of conveyance for the Trademan/ Helper and the Sch 'B' items. The contractor is responsible for proper observation and intimationabout the servicability of battery and battery charger, oil and fuel level in DG set. It is responsibility of the contractor to rectify and make good the damage to the installations/ accessories if any caused by the operator during his duty. (d) The contractor is responsible to maintain the installations and surrounding area in presentable manner through out the period. The shift timings shall be decided by Engineer- in- charge and liable to change as and when required by Engineer- in- charge. (e) Area cleaning surrounding the plant room & inside the plant room etc shall be responsibility of the contractor (f) The work covered under this schedule shall be order on the contractor by GE every year through seperate work orders at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of Five years of comprehensive maintenance
