M & L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, 75mm thick, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for floor, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed [Note : Proper slope to be provided as per directed by Engr -in-charge]

M & L for providing Plastic dividing strips to prevent cracks 38mm wide and 4.00mm thick inserted in position and conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 6" MS round steel pole with 3.2m extn having 10` standard height for standard basket ball court above ground level, alongwith frame work & rim height 10`(305cm), rim diameter hoops 18"(46cm), 25mm thick Malaysian acrylic boards of size 183cm x 107cm normal rings( The inner rectangle on the backboard is 24 inches (61cm) wide by 18 inches(46cm) tall, and helps as shooter determine the proper aim and banking for either a layup or distance shot) and net complete including paintings and etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. or roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with roads marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick with grey cement and pigment ,machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation @ 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Total Qty = 8.60 (Sch A Part-I)+ 9.10( Sch A Part-II) = 17.70 Cum]

M & L 80 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade with grey cement and coloured pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 40-50mm thick over cement screed base of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. M & L providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks masonry made of type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300X 300X200 mm thick setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Total Qty = 1.50 (Sch A Part-I)+ 4.00( Sch A Part-II) = 5.50 Cum]

M & L providing cement concrete of type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, facing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for hamfered angles and throating, as directing complete all as specified and directed.

SCH A PART- II (VOLLEY BALL COURT - B/R ITEMS) [Note:- Item for Excavation over areas, Removing excavation materials, sand fillings, kota stone slab, PCC solid block masonry will be paid under Item No 1.00, 2.00, 10.00, 13.00 & 14.00 of SCH A PART-I] Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick PCC in foundations, filling and mass concrete1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sub base complete all as specified and directed..

M & L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 , M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Standard Red Clay flooring for Volley ball court of 300mm thick in 3 layers over existing PCC including well compacted and watering (Natural clay, shall be crushed aggregates/ bricks/ shale or other unbound minerals as directed by Engineer-in-charge and placing coarse top layer to improve drainage brougth from outside area and approved quality) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 02 Nos Volley ball Pole 3.5"(Outer dia) heavy M S Round Pipe of 2.5mm(minimum) sheet thickness having height adjustable jack system and fine quality PU Paint with 02 volley ball including fixing with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of 20mm graded stone aggregate of minimum 300 mm diameter & 1.00 m deep from ground with one no black heavy duty machine made, Nylon Volley Ball premium grade, weather resistant in nature net of 1.00m wide and 9.5m to 10m long and 10cm square black mesh of standard size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing Plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 BO using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

SCH A PART -III (BASKET BALL AND VOLLEYBALL COURT) E/M ITEMS[ Item for removing materials shall be measured and paid under Item no. 2.00 of Sch A Part-I] S & F LED Flood light 120 W 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fabrication, Erection and Testing of 9 mtr long Hot dip glavanised Iron Octagonal street light pole with top dia 70mm and bottom dia 155mm with sheet thickness not less than 3mm with base plate of size 250mmx250mmx16 mm and foundation bolt sets of size 04x24mm dia bolt length 750mm and projected bolt length 125mm with fixing of bracket for 04 Nos flood light fittings mounting of pole, necessary foundation with cement conrete for erection of pole all standard accessories etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cable etc and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning with river washed and screened dry fine sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 15 cm below the cable and 8 cm after laying the cable, duly punned complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete with in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hot press moulded SMC boxes of size 250 x 200 x 100 mm with one no. MCB SP 10 Amps, connector 4 way 16 Amps including fixing clamps, nut bolts etc complete as street light terminal boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity, outdoor cubical type floor mounted factory made double door dust and vermin froof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse, multifunction intelligent panel meter etc and with the followings complete all as specified and directed.
