M & L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing RCC (design mix) M 30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing TMT bars mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing TMT bars mild steel bars 5mm dia and over up to & including 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. conforming to FE-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality A including cutting, notching,drilling, fitting,riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Structural steel shall be painted one shop coat of Zinc chromate primer paint at contractors workshop before fabrication.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel Fe-290 (Gde E-165) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk), forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 30cm long and diameter of neck exc 20 mm and not exc 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, prepressed to form semi-circular surface for curved roof , 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to MS pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200 mm dia semi circular PVC gutter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm dia bore stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm dia bore, any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) junction single (single T) of 110 mm dia bore, equal or unequal, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3mm thick name board made up of aluminium composite panel with reflective/ radium letters, consisting of letters of size/ colour as approved, and made of washable, corrosion resistant, durable and unbreakable material, to be fixed on metal frame work with self tapping fasterners or rivets complete all as specified and directed. Note: Metal framework shall be measured and paid under relevant items of the Schedule. Make: Alstone or Reynobond or Alutech or Skydecar or flexibond or equivalent

E/M WORKS

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including medium grade PVC conduit of size not less than 25mm dia, ISI marked with all accessories, PVC terminal boxes firmly fixed with pipe /wall including suitable modular frame and cover fixed with chromium plated brass screws for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good disturbed surface with PCC work and paint etc as required on site.

S & F modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module, for 230V 50Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

S & F junction boxes, PVC, 1 to 4 way, suitable for 25 mm dia PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure for MCB's (D.B), double door, SPN 6 way with IP-42 protection, suitable for 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SPN 32 Amps, 'C' series, suitable for 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' series, suitable for 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to 4mm dia GI earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including neccessary earthwork and excavation in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip and GI wire, chamber cover etc all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connections with earth testing point complete all as specified and directed. Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone at no extra cost.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor of 2 core, 10 Sqmm, shielded core type wrapped with tape screwed galvanized strip, suitable for earthed system for 1100V, AC 50 cycle including centre glands, lugs, jointing materials etc and fixing on wall with suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed.
