Maximum and minimum levels of Ground Water in the area with source of information and Ground water Table observed during the observation.

Note :- (i) Additional Trial pit of size 1.20x1.2x3.00 mtr depth provided for each location will be provided in each location and rates are inclusive with BHs. (ii) SBC recommendation for all bore holes at a depth size 1.5 m,2.00 m , 2.5 m etc is required for following footings :- (a) 1.5mx1.5 m (b) 1.5 m x2.5 m (c) 2.00mx2.50 m (d) 2.00m x3.00 m (d) 2.00m x 3.5 m (e) 2.5m x3.00 m In addition recommendation on type of foundation including other parameter has to be provided by the consultant. (iii) Swelling index & swelling pressure in respect of Black cotton soil and its depths of layeres to be provided. (iv) Photographic record of geo-exploration as well as testing shall also be part of the report. (v) Recommendations as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturate loose/uncompacted sandy soils. (vi) Depth of Ground water Table (GWT) in peak monsoon (lowest) and peak summer (Highest) after correction of result with seasonal variation of water table in the station. (vii) Recommendation for filling under floor/beams. (vii) Location duly marked on the site plan shall be part of the report.

Preparation & Submission of detailed Architectural Structural drawings for construction of Single laboratory of size 7.00 m x10.60 M at Kendriya Vidyalaya , Bambolim Camp (Goa) as per requirements and plan provided by KV authorities attached as Appx 'A" . Note :- (i) Preparation of conceptual Architectural drawings with views in 3 D(on AUTODESK software) with relevant details like plans, elevation section etc. (ii) Design philosophy and drawings report covering the latest IS code provision and loading. Design shall be for Seismic Zone III. (iii) Design calculations and folder for structural & foundation design (including DBR). (iv) Structural drawings covering foundation plan, floor plan, roof, details of misc items and internal services as applicable. (v) For structural design of the building latest IS Code IS-456,IS-875,IS-800, IS-1893,IS-13920, IS-4326 and other relevant codes shall be followed, RCC shall be of M-30, Grade & Reinforcement steel shall be of FE-500D/FE- 550D Grade.
