M&L Preaparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire buushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surface exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep including removing to a distance not exc 50 m and stacking all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1Sq.m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths, etc, cutting arround edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming including with supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed

M& L for applying prime coat with Bitumen primer at the rate of 10kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5 kg/10 Sqm (paving bitumen grade VG-10) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be detrmiend as prt IRC 27 : 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 30 per Kg.

M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm (compacted thickness) using graded cushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled the surfaces by using 8 to 10 ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be detrmiend following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Insitute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 30 per Kg.

M&L for adequate no of coats painting lines, deshes, arrows, letters, etc on roads pavements and the like area n.exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yelow complete all as spd and directed

M & L for moorum/red bajari filling in road side berms not exceeding 15cm thick layers

Fixingng only road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 80cms including fixing with mounting pole and necessary foundation for post of size 300mm x 300mm x 45mm with M15 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and making surface good complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model no DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacture instructions.

S&F ABS solar LED studs of standared size 120mm x 25-32mm, solar controller, fixing with epoxy adhesive, anchoring bolt, nail etc as per manufacture insructions etc

S&F in repairs glow sign boards made of retro reflective type high intensity prismatic grade sheet in single / twin colour fixed over alluminium sheet 1.5 mm thick in shape of irragular pentagon ( area exceeding 0.5 sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm), framed with 25 mm dia round pipe chromium plated stainless steel hollow section and fixed to stainless steel tubes of 40 mm medium grade square / round pipe 2.4 mtr long including two nos stainless steel nuts and bolts on each side and embedded in below ground level including excavation , PCC M15 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 300mm x300mm x 450mm and making good surface all as specified and directed.
