Providing and fixing ready made medium duty perforated SFRC(minimum RCC grade M-30) cover slab of size 900x500x70mm all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing ready made medium duty perforated SFRC cover(minimum RCC grade M-30) slab of size 900x650x70mm all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing ready made extra heavy duty perforated SFRC(minimum RCC grade M-30) cover slab of size 1100x1100x150mm all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 450mm Dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed

Design and vetting of pavement section of dispersal as per site condition from any degree level Govt Engineering college. Note:Details of CBR of Soil and Aircraft Data, Traffic Data will be provided by GE.

Cutting the existing bituminous macadam surfaces to a depth of 100 mm with suitable machanical cutter all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed

M & L for laying & Compating Granular sub base (GSB) 200 mm thick minimum (compacted thickness) in a two layer of grading II of IRC by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader / Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, spread rolled and consolidated to required grading and camber complete using mechanical equipment as detailed in Table 400-1 of MoRTH, TI 09/2018 specification..etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Wet mix macadam (WMM) 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 75mm each with course granite/ basalt stone aggregate of specified grade, including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, after laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Laying by Paver consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical equipment as detailed in MORTH TI 09/2018 specification etc all as specified and as directed.

Preparing WMM top surfaces by using mechanical brooms, removing loose materials etc, sweeping with heavy duty mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt & particles, cleaning up to required standards to receive Bituminous course complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying a Prime coat over WMM surfaces with SS1 grade bitumen cationic emulsion using evenly pressure sprayer, SS-I conforming to IS-217 at the rate of 0.75 Kg/Sqm all as specified in MoRTH, TI 09/2018 etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying a Tack coat rapid setting bitumen cationic emulsion (RS-1) grade using evenly pressure sprayer before laying DBM, RS-I conforming to IS-8887/ASTM D 2397 at the rate of 0.25 Kg/Sqm all as specified in MoRTH, TI 09/2018 etc complete all as specified and directed (Note : No heating / dilution of RS I is permied at site)

M & L for Premix Dense bituminous macadam (DBM) as in profile correction layer,or as in functional layer, with grading 2 (NMAS 26.5mm), Marshall stability 900 kg minimum, laid in single or multiple layers 50 to 75mm (consolidated thickness, using 4.5% binder content by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor paver of min width of laying 7.50 mtr and Vibratory roller of suitable capacity, (rolling and consolidation included) to achieve required grading and camber complete using mechanical equipment as specified in table 500-10 of MoRTH , TI 09/2018 specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of following provisions:- a) Taking Orignal Ground Level (OGL) in 2m x 2m grid and submitting to Engr-in-Chrage for varification (Using Advance TS equipment) b) Submitting the proposal of FRL for approval of GE. c) Submission of RL before and after work to Engr-in Chrage for varification & calculation of quantities. d) Submission of layer Chart. e) Varification of level after laying of each layer by Engineer-in-Chrage. f) Core cutting and testing as per MORTH/TI guidlines. g) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. h) The marshall stability shall be a minimum of 900 Kg. i) DBM shall be as per MORTH specifications as detailed in particular specifications. j) Quantity of cement filler shall be as specified in job Mix formula. k) Any variation in thickness with respect to design point of view shall be paid as per cubical content of individual item.

Preparing DBM top surface by wire brushes for removing cacked mud, loose materials etc, sweeping with mechanical blower, mechanical brooms to remove all loose dirt, materials etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying a tack coat over DBM surfaces with rapid setting bitumen cationic emulsion (RS-1) using evenly pressure sprayer, RS-I conforming to IS-8887/ASTM D 2397 at the rate of 0.35 Kg/Sqm all as specified in MoRTH, TI 09/2018 ..etc complete all as specified and directed (Note : No heating/ dilution of Rapid Setting bitumen emulsion-I is permied at site)

M & L for Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Binder Course) (DAC I) confirming to IRC:SP-53-2002, TI 09:2008 with grading 1 (NMAS 19mm), Marshall stability 1200 kg minimum, 75 mm thick (consolidated thickness) in single layer using PMB-64-10, Elastometric Thermoplastic based (IS-15462-2004) made out of polymers and bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.4% binder conent mixed by weight of total mix using hot mix plant, spread with using sensor paver of min width of laying 7.50 mtr, (rolled and consolidation included) to required gradient and camber complete using equipment as detailed in table 500-17 of MoRTH, TI 09/2018 specifications complete all as specified and as directed . Note:Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of following provisions:- a) Taking OGL in 2mx2m gride and submitting to Engr in Chrage for varification (Using Advance TS equitpment) (b) Submitting the proposal of FRL for approval of GE. c) Submission of RL before and after work to Engr-in Chrage for varification & calculation of quantities. d) Submission of layer Chart e) Varification of level after laying of each layer by Engineer-in-Chrage. f) Core cutting as per MORTH/TI guidlines. g) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. h) The marshall stability shall be a minimum of 1200 Kg. i) DAC I shall be as per MORTH specifications. j) Quantity of cement filler shall be as specified in job Mix formula. k) Any variation in thickness with respect to design point of view shall be paid as per cubical content of individual item.

M & L for Premix Dense Asphaltic concrete (Wearing Course) (DAC II) confirming to IRC:SP-53-2002 , TI 09:2008 with grading 2 (NMAS 13.2mm), Marshall stability 1400 kg minimum, 50 mm thick (consolidated thickness) in single layer using PMB-64-10 , Elastometric Thermoplastic based (IS-15462-2004) made out of polymers and bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.6% binder conent mixed by weight of total mix, Using Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor paver of min width of laying 7.50 mtr and Vibratory roller, (rolling and consolidation included) to required gradient and camber complete using equipment as detailed in Table 500-17 of MORTH, TI 09/2018 specifications capacity complete all as specified and as directed . Demolition of cement concrete of any descrption and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rolling with power roller exc 5 tonne but n. exc 8 tonne and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Milling of existing bituminous surface without damaging the underlying base course to Avg 50 mm depth of bituminous layer including disposal of removed material with all lift and lead upto 2000 m etc complete using machine like Writgen (W100) or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing milled black top surfaces by using mechanical brooms, brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked, milled crush, loose materials etc, sweeping with heavy duty mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt, materials cleaning up to required standards to receive Bituminous course etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for applying a tack coat over milled surfaces with rapid setting bitumen cationic emulsion (RS-1) using evenly pressure sprayer, RS-I conforming to IS-8887/ASTM D 2397 at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm all as specified in MoRTH, TI 09/2018 etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: No heating / dilution of RS I is permied at site)

Removing excavated or spoil material (any type) material to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5 km and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of bituminous surface and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc, on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with aqua based road marking paint, two coats, over a coat of primer, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of freshly laid DBM/DAC edges 75mm to 100mm wide as directed and as specified in MoRTH/IRC/TI specification to achive proper compaction at joints and applying tack coat to adhere adjacent layer before placing adjacent layer complete all as specified and as directed.
