DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING Taking down or dismantling of sanitary fittings and water connections and taps like WHB, WC, Pillar tap, bib tap, stop cock, angle cock, shower rose, connection pipes, like etc

Taking down existing MCB DB of any type/make complete with discconecting of all electric wires and removing of all MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Main LT panel of any type/make with discconecting all electric connection with removing of MCCB, MCB, relays, digital meters, etc. and keep in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down storage type electric water heater (Geyser) 25 Ltrs capacity of any make/model/type from existing wall after disconnecting of electric connection and water pipe connections complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S& F Concealed stop cock 25 mm dia with wall flange screwed both ends for iron pipes/fitting including necessary fittings like CPVC Tee, nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Angle cock 25 mm bore dia fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed to CPVC Tee, nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and Labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber of internal dimensions 900 x 900 x 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Addition & Alteration by cutting, welding and fabrication etc for making space for fixing of MCCB into existing feeder pillar box and supply and fixing 1 No MCCB 4 pole, 125 Amps, 415 voits ICU of 27 KA with microprocessor release and adjustable overload 70% to 100% inclluding making incoming and outgoing electrical connections, making good to panel surface by painting with existing colour paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz, cubicle type, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable sized angle iron and flat duly powder coated painting and shall be any CPRI approved manufacturer as approved by GE. Panel shall have front and rear opening, mechanical type locking arrangement, cable alleys, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminium bus bar TPN 160 Amps duly covered with heat shrink sleeves duly colour coaded fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring with copper conductor cables of adequate size and length, incoming and outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and the panel board shall be mounted on mild steel angle iron frame of size 50x50x3mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel over a red oxide primer with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and necessary civil work/ PCC foundation as per site requirement and approved by GE complete all as specified and directed including following:- (a) MCCB 125 Amps, 4 P, 27 KA, 415 volts, 50Hz-1 No. (b) MCB 40 Amps TPN 4P, 10 KA, 'C' curve 415 volts, 50Hz (c) MCB 32 Amp SPN,10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts (d) Digital voltmeter, with VSS - 01 set (e) Digital Ammeter, with CTs & ASS- 01 set (f) LED phase Indication lamps RYB-01 set

SEAWGE DISPOSAL M & L for laying of DWCPE sewage pipes line 150 mm dia bore pipe sftiffness class SN 8 including sealimg of joints fittings etc complete with collers complte all as spcified and directed

ARBORICULTURE Supply and spreading of good quality agricultural soil free from stones, rubbish like lumps, roots, and other foreign materials to a uniform thickness of 15 cm including watering, spreading mixed with organic manure in the ratio 4:1 and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for growing hedges in the perimeter in size 30 cm width and 30 cm height with DURANTA or any other approved sampling by GE which gives a dense and thick appearance including cutting and shaping complete all as directed.

M&L for digging upto max 0.50m depth and refilling with good quality garden soil mixed with organic maure of best quality in the ratio 4:1 and planting of ornamental tress like Fox tail palms, Bottle palms (height min 10 ft) or other exotic type trees as approved by GE including watering, shaping etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of lawn with Bermuda grass having adequate developed roots, after providing anti-termite treatment to the filled soil including watering and shaping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Daily maintenance of garden features (trees, shrubs, hedges/edges, lawn, seasonal flower etc) like hoeing, de-weeding, pruning, watering, mowing of lawn, upkeep and maint of potted plants, loading/unloading of carriages, removal of garden rubbish etc and spraying of insecticides, pesticides, organic fertilizers etc complete all as specifeid and directed.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING M & L online filter 150 mm dia inlet and out let for rainwater harvesting

M & L for borehole drilling 300 mm to 350 mm to insert 200 mm dia perforated casing pipe for percolation of rainwater to ground water table for recharging purpose below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc. Note:- Supply and inserting casing pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F 200 mm dia perforated/slotted Stainless steel pipe V- wire sceen pipe 1.0mm slot size 6.3 mm thickness as per IS code 8110-2019 connected as per highest specification and inserted in above drilled bore hole and filled with pea gravel surrounding if necessary including provision required clamp arrangement to hold the pipe etc., Note:- V wire screen pipe should be lowered up to the weathered part only and the remaining borehole can be kept naked.
