Providing and Fixing Armstrong ‘Optra Acoustical Wall Paneling’ with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and fire-resistant fabric with an option of colours as per the choice of the User/Engg-in-charge of size 2100x600 or 600x600 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impalers construction adhesives as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge. Make:- Armstrong or equivalent. (The equivalent will only be considered if the product of make Armstrong is not being manufactured by the company.)

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Dune (Board) EdgeTiles With Armstrong 24mm Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 /Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 32%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & minimum pull out strength of 100 Kgs.. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong all as specified and as directed. Make:- Armstrong or equivalent. (The equivalent will only be considered if the product of make Armstrong is not being manufactured by the company.)

Supply and installation of sound proof fixed type UPVC windows with double layer of sound proofing 5 mm thick toughened glass with 8 mm air gap in between the glass section of UPVC window as per manufacturer specicification and incl all necessary fittings all as completed and as directed

Supply and installation of sound proof door with 3" thick first class hard wood frame filed with glass wool of 48kg/sqm and 12mm thick commercial ply on both side with side sound proof rubber and perimeter seal on door frame on 3 sides and drop down seal on bottom incl all necessary fittings as completed and as directed

Supply and fix horizontal venetian blinds consisting of alum head rail , vanes/ louvers2"/ 4" wide of approved tint and traverse cord incl all necessary fittings complete fixed in position all as per specified and as sirected.

M & L Forming jambs etc to openings incl cuttings toothings and bondings into old work incl facing and pointing to match existing work complete in CM 1:4 all as completed and as directed

M & L Making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers including all pinning as necessary in CM 1:4 all as completed and as directed

M & L Floor door stopper of brass body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor with overall length of vover plate 140 mm all as completed and as directed

M & L Door closer hydraulically regulated of aluminium extruded section body type, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed all as completed and as directed

Taking down carefully old existing batten/PVC casing capping (or) conduit point aluminium/copper wiring i.e light, fan, Bell, socket including batten/ casing/ conduit,switch boards, laminated sheets, round blocks, MS Sunken boxes, light fittings/holders, fan regulator of any type, other fittings & fixtures and making good the disturbed surfaces, walls, floors and stair cases complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring from existing batten/ PVC concealed conduit / casing & caping of any size all as directed.

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store and refixing the same after painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size concealed in wall including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of modular metal fush box module include modular white cover plate with frame top cover for housing switches sockets etc concealed on wall complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amp

(b) One Ceiling Fan/Exhaust Fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amp

(c) One socket point 2/3 Pin 5/6 Amp on same board.

(d) One socket point 2/3 pin, 5/6 Amp on Independent board.

(e) One bell point controlled by one switch 6 Amps 1 way.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm, 1100V grade for 2/3 pin 6/16Amps switch socket on independent board with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm using as earth continuity wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, cutting exceeding 20cm girth and making good the disturbed surfaces, walls, floors as per existing surface finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Modular Socket, 6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified.

Supply & fix modular bell push 6A, 1 module complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix electric call bell 230 Volt AC complete all as specified

M&L ceiling rose 3 treminals/ PVC polycarbonate isolated body size (65x50) mm surface type, 230V.

S & F in repair LED tube light fitting 1 x 18 W, 230V wall mounted integrated batten, 4 ft LED module fixed on wall/surface/ceiling shall confirm to IS 16103 and shall bear BIS certification marking complete with all accessories internally pre- wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1 x 18 efficient LED Surface Down Light Square 175mm x 175mm luminaire to enhance with comfortable experience through its classic design & glare free soft illumination, internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size in PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1 x 36 efficient LED recessed 2'x2' luminaire to enhance with comfortable experience through its classic design & glare free soft illumination, internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size in PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Wall mounted Fan 400mm of high Performance with smooth oscillation, 100% Copper Motor with 3-speed control and 230 V single phase fixed with suitable size GI bolts, nuts and washers duly grouted and connecting up with 0.75Sq.mm size 3 core PVC insulated flexible cable with multistranded copper conductor from ceiling rose to connector of exhaust fan complete all as specified.

M & L Submain wiring with 2 runs of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheated multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit marked and accessories concealed in wall/ceiling including one run of single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheated multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuty conductor along with the wiring and connected from DB to DB/ main board complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Submain wiring with 3 runs of single core 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheated multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit marked and accessories concealed in wall/ceiling including one run of single core 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheated multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuty conductor along with the wiring and connected from DB to Main Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vertical distribution board, double door CRCA steel sheet enclosure powder coated, TPN 4 Way IP 43 rating with MCCB 63 A as incoming and TP/SP/SPN as outgoing of 40 A as complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs MCB DB SPN double door 8 way sheet metal enclosure SPN 240 V 50 Hz horizontal with IP-42 degree protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCB SPN 'C' series 40 to 63 Amp, 230 volts, complete all as specified and directed.Make Indo Asian cart Part No 810063 or equivalent.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 'B' series 06 to 32 Amp, 230 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified.

Taking down only Spilt AC Unit wall mounted, high wall Split units indoor/outdoor complete of capacity 1.5/2 ton with voltage stablizer complete all as directed.

Fixing only Spilt AC Unit wall mounted, high wall Split units indoor/outdoor complete of capacity 1.5/2 ton with voltage stablizer complete all as directed. Note : (a) Copper tube upto 3 Mtr rate deemed to be including. (b) Rate of gas chargng is deemed to be including.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
