Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ) confirming to IS14930 heavy duty 110/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in hard rock not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size Transporting to store and sacking complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of cable path indicator of RCC floor mounted 4 feet 11KV Cable route marker endorsed with "HT 11 KV UG Cable" duly painted with red on Top & black on bottom portion and including PCC (1:2:4) for fixing type B2 complete all as specified & directed. Made up of precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (TMT bars 6 mm dia) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cost of earth work & PCC included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for taking out of unserviceable insulators of any type and any position from HT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Factory Made 11 KV, 630A, 21 kA 3Sec, 3way SF6 Outdoor RMU – 2LBS + 1CB:Non-Extensible Two (2) Motor operated load break switches (LBSs) with Manual operated earthing switches in SF6 and One (1) vacuum circuit breaker with Electrical closing and tripping along with disconnect or and earthing switches SCADA Compatible and base channel. Battery charger along with batteries required for Electrical operations of RMU is in the scope of the Bidder. Each module shall consist of VPIS, FPI in LBS Module (N-1) but not less than 1 no’s per RMU. Suitable arrangement for mounting FRTU, modem or Ethernet Switch/LIU along with battery, battery charger shall be provided in RMU. Design shall be side & rare cable termination with 3mm SS Gas Tank complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rate is inclusive of all the civil work for necessary foundation

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out soft disintegrated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road cutting including necessary excavation 45 cm wide and 1M in depth as in trenches in any type of soils/rock for laying LT UG cable through pipe after laying /through the cable trenches will be filling with ready to use premix bitumen filled and rammed earth to make good the disturbed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including dismantling old burnt cable joint termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanised tube light grade ISI marked of size 100 mm dia including all fittings in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/floor or laid in position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fitting in any type of soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
