Manning and Operation of water supply installation at clarified water sump and pump house NK Bail in 03 (three) shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays including minor maintenance / checks, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The installation comprises of following equipments :- (a) Water pump vertical turbine type Hp-100 ,Head- 80mtr, discharge - 200 cum/Hr Make-Kirloskar Brothers , coupled with Induction motor 3 phase, 415 volt Rpm-1475 Hp-100 ,Make- Alsthom -2 Nos. (b) Drain water Lifting pump Hp-1.5 ,Head- 11.5mtr discharge - 10 cum/Hr Make-Kishor pumps coupled with Induction motor 3 phase, 415 volt Rpm-1415 Hp-1.5,Make- Crompton Greaves - 2 Nos. Manning and Operation of drinking water pump house at NK Bail (CF Area) in 03 (three) shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays including minor maintenance / checks, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The installation comprises of following equipments :- (a) Water pump Hp-30 ,Head- 60mtr discharge - 50 cum/Hr Make-Kirloskar Brothers , coupled with Induction motor 3 phase, 415 volt Rpm-1475 Hp-30, Make- Crompton Greaves -06 Nos (b) Chlorine dozing pump model G6402, pressure -8Kg/Sq cm , discharge 160 LPM, Make –Milton Roy coupled with Induction motor 3 phase, 415 volt, RPM-1360, HP -0.5, Make - Crompton Greaves – 4 Nos. with connected accessories and 1000 ltr cap PVC storage tank – 04 Nos. (c) Drain water lifting pump HP-1.5, Head -11.5 mtr, discharge 10 Cum/hr Make Kishor pumps coupled with Induction motor 3 phase, 415 volt, RPM-1415 , HP-1.5, Make –Crompton Greaves – 2 Nos (d) Main Electric control panel – 200 Amp SFU, 415 volt, 3 phase -01Nos, starters -06Nos 3 phase, 415 volts -22 KW-06 Nos, 0.37KW – 05 Nos, push buttons selector switches, volt & Amp meters, control wiring & accessories, local push button stations 90 KVAR-08 Nos – 1 set. Notes for item No 1 to 2 above :- (a) Contractor has to employ minimum following staff for manning & operation of the Clarifier and Drinking water installations at Sl item Nos 1 to 2 above :- (i) One Nos skilled electrician/ Fitter general mechanic operator per shift of 08 hours (Total 06 shifts per day i.e 3 shifts per day for each water supply installation at Sl No 1 to 2 above) havining minimum ITI qualification in respective trade from Govt recognised institute with adequate knowledge with minimum two years experience in maint & operation of water supply installation. The operator must be competent to carry out the minor Maint of water supply installation all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) One Nos skilled Valve operator per shift of 08 hours (Total 04 shifts per day i.e 2 shifts per day for each water supply installation at Sl No 1 & 2 above) having minimum ITI qualification in respective trade from Govt recognised institute with adequate knowledge with minimum two years experience in maint & operation of water supply pipes & valves. The operator must be competent to carry out the minor maint of water supply pipe line & valves all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Chemicals for chlorination/dozing shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this schedule here in after only for executed quantity, however the cost of labour is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against Item Nos.1 & 2 above. (c) The unit rate quoted shall be demmed to include for daily minor maintenance like checking and rectification of any water leakage, loose connection, cleaning and general up keep of pump room/ GLR/HTR and area around it
