Material and labour for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire bushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm deep including removing to a distance not exceeding 50 m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying prime coat with cationic emulsion SS-1 grade at the rate of 10kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5 kg/10 Sqm (paving bitumen grade VG-10) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as part IRC 27 : 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 30 per Kg.

Material and labour for semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled the surfaces by using 8 to 10 ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 30 per Kg.

Material and labour for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting for compacting moorum laid on shoulders of road exceeding 8 tonnes and not exceeding 12 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for glow sign boards made of retro reflective type high intensity prismatic grade water proof, weather proof having good visibility and able to with stand tough weather conditions, displaying notices or writing any other messages as per your requirement in single/twin colour fixed over ACP sheet 3.0 mm thick on both side (front & back) in shape of irregular pentagon (area exceeding 0.5 sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm), framed with 25mm dia round pipe chromium plated stainless steel hollow section and fixed to stainless steel tubes of 40mm medium grade square/round pipe 2.40 mtr long including two nos of stainless steel nuts and bolts on each side complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed
