Handling of lubes -Rearranging/shifting of filled 210L barrels or175/182 Kg drums from one place to another within terminal depotpremises/Central Warehousing Corporation premises including de-stacking of barrel rolling, transportation andstacking as required

Servicing of 350mm size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheeiLbush including removing old gland rope & fixing new gland rope to arrestgland leakage.

Handling of lubes - Loading / unloading and/or rearranging / shifting of filled tin/plastic/pouches/ cartons/bucket to/from trucks includingweighing and stopping leakage by proper de-stacking/stacking from/tonominated places inside Terminal as per instruction of IOCLrepresentative.200x60m1, 300x40m1, 360x60 ml, 400x60m1, 500x40m1, 600x20m1, 600x4Oml,40x1/4L, 40x1/2L, 20x1/2L, 2OxlL, lOxiL, 4x4L, 4x5L and other cartons upto 20L capacity & small buckets up to 50L.

WATER TANKS- Opening of drinking / service water tanks, cleaning,boxing up with adequate safety measure as per the instruction of location in charge (safety equipments to be provided by the contractor)

Servicing of 400mm size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheelbush including removing old gland rope & fixing new gland rope to arrestgland leakage

Servicing of 150mm size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheel bush including removing old gland rope & fixing new

Servicing of 200mm size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheelbush including removing old gland rope & fixing new gland rope to arrestgland leakage.

Removal of sludge from OWS pits/sumps, filling in barrels and shiftingto the area behind Tank-6 dyke for bio-remediation as per theinstructions of controlling officer (Barrels shall be provided by IOCL,conveyance for movement if required)

Gardening and landscaping of areas in Terminal. Cutting/uprooting of grass weeds/bushes wild growth etc. from thespecified area within our premises. Collecting and removal from thepremises completely and disposing the same as per direction of lOC representative (Depolyment Requirement - One unskilled workman)

Provision of Supevisor Depolyment Requirement - One skilled workman

Cleaning of line strainer by emptying pipeline into barrels, openingstrainer flange nuts & bolts, cleaning the strainer wire mesh andrefixing the same. Work also includes shifting the barrels into pumphouse and decanting of barrels into respective product tanks.

Filling the air into tyres of portable trollies including removing tyre, taking to the tyre repair shop for air filling and re-fitting to thetrollies

Man-Power Based Jobs

Loading/unloading of Blue Dye / Additives / Marker cans up to 5oKGcapacity each. The job also includes stacking/destacking of cans atnominated place including sampling of blue dye from drum & deposit tolab in the terminal for testing

Cleaning the FR tank roof, rolling ladder guide and applying grease on guide &wheels

Transportation & delivery of lubes, greases to the customers in goodcondition within 20 Km except Harbor. In case of delivery in harborarea, shipping bill, custom clearance, arrangement of gate passes otherclearance has to be done by the contractor. Filled drums/barrels of capacity 210 L or 175/182 Kgs (Minimum 5 Nos & Maximum 14 Nos barrels per trip)

Servicing of 450mm size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheelbush including removing old gland rope & fixing new gland rope to arrestgland leakage.

Carrying of official documents to Govt. department/offices and otheragencies at Panjim/Margao or any other place in Goa outside the Vasco city limit.

Servicing of 300mm size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheelbush including removing old gland rope & fixing new gland rope to arrestgland lea kage.

Servicing of 100mm size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheel bush including removing old gland rope & fixing new gland rope to arrestgland leakage.

Handling of lubes - Decantation of leaky barrel into sound barrels,topping up the quantity if necessary and re-stenciling of lube oil drumsby painting of the top lid with synthetic enamel paint and re-stencilingon top lid/side marking including de-stacking and restacking etc.

Providing manpower for assistance to :- Administrative Block: Providing services on all working days for depositing DD/Cheques/DCRs and other instruments in bank/collection of documents from banks, visiting post office, other Govt. offices and sorting/receiving mails/posts and sorting and filing of SAP S&D documents like AC4/AC5/AC19/AC6/AC7/PRCN, T/T license papers, T/T crew entry passes records, bridging invoices etc. on daily basis and as directed by IOCL officer : 1 unskilled labours LIC Cabin : Providing services on all working days for attending to LIC's visitors, serving water/tea/refreshments to guests, message forwarding & assistance in filing and handling the documents of LIC and also positioning of drinking water at all work stations as and when required. : 01 unskilled labour S&D: Collecting, sorting .& arranging of daily challans as per theinstructions of the S&D officials and shifting & stacking/de—stacking inthe record room, Handling of documents (lnvoices, FAN, SKO indents etc) which require understanding of documents. Job also includes sorting, binding, stacking and as directed by the S&D officer, Receipt & dispatch of official documents, maintenance of inward.outwardregister. Providing Housekeeping services at Vasco Terminal:- To maintain excellent hygiene at all time in Administrative buildings, Laboratory TLF Yard, Pump House, DG room, Fire Engine room, Electrical Substation, PMCC Room, Tank farm area,sample room,all ows area,s&d room,weighbridge room , Peripheral Roads, Control Room and Old Admin Building, overall terminal premises Job includes positioning of five nos. of workmen on all working days for Sweeping, Dusting, Cleaning, Mopping, Removal of Cobwebs, Clearing drains in different areas as per schedules and instructions of IOCL officer. Job shall also include dusting/mopping of tables, chairs, Computer Systems, Glass panels of Doors/Windows, Cleaning of laVatories, urinals, Wash Basins, removal/disposal of garbage, waste papers, dry leaf/grass in New and Old admin building and cleaning of common area including parking, garden, lawn, stair cases of old and new Admin building,Security Cabins,all floor and terrace, cleaning of drains and removal of wastes and cleaning of all safety equipments like Fire extinguishers etc. Consummables like brooms, moppers, detergents, Acid, Phenyl balls, cloth dusters etc. shall be supplied by IOCL. (Depolyment Requirement - Five unskilled workman)

Cafeteria operation : one unskilled labour for serving tea/coffee/snacks/ breakfast officers , staff items like cooking gas ,uttensils , chairs & table will be provided by IOC and raw material will be provided by contractor and same will be reimbursed as per approved rates Depolyment Requirement - One unskilled workman

Servicing of 80mm & below size gate Valves by cleaning & greasing the wheel bush including removing old gland rope & fixing new gland rope to arrest gland leakage

Handling of lubes - Loading / unloading & rearranging / shifting ofempty 200/210 liter capacity barrels, 175/182 Kg capacity drums to/fromtrucks by proper de—stacking/stacking from/to nominated places insideTerminal as per instruction of IOCL representative.

Oil Water Separator - Mopping up / skimming the OWS chambers to removethe oil layer floating on the water, Pumping of oil collected in oilsump to tank as directed by controlling officer. The job also includes shifting & connection of 3”/4” dia product hoses from pump to the blackoil tank & dismantling / stacking the arrangement on completion of work

Transportation & delivery of lubes, greases to the customers in goodcondition to the Vessels inside MPT. In case of delivery in harbor area, shipping bill, custom clearance, arrangement of gate passes otherclearance has to be done by the contractor. Actual cost will be reimbursed by IOCL on production of proof of payment. Filled drums/barrels of capacity 210 L or 175/182 Kgs (Average 8 barrels per trip)

Maintaining proper inventory of all the store items / materials at designated place and maintenance of store receipt / issue register /records, also including supervision of all the works / activities underthe contract.

Handling of lubes - Loading / unloading of filled 200/210 liter barrels, 175/182 Kg drums to/from trucks including weighing and stopping leakagefrom bung seam joints by proper de-stacking/stacking from/to nominatedplaces inside Terminal in 3 0’ clock- 9 0’ clock position as perinstruction of IOCL representative. The work also includesrearranging/shifting of empty 210L barrels or 175/182 Kg drums from oneplace to another within terminal depot premises including de-stacking ofbarrel rolling , transportation and stacking as required

Provision of 1 set safety shoes, 2 sets uniform, 2 nos. Safety helmet, 1 set of rain coat & 1 woollen jersey per year to all workmen engaged in contract.

In case of delivery in harborarea, shipping bill, custom clearance, arrangement of gate passes otherclearance has to be done by the contractor.
