Work Experience Requirements
Bidders, or their OEMs (either directly or through resellers), must have regularly manufactured and supplied similar products to central/state government organizations or PSUs for three years before the bid opening date. For bids with multiple items, the highest-value product category must meet this criterion. Finally, bidders or their OEMs (directly or through resellers) must have supplied at least 50% of the bid quantity of similar products to any central/state government organization or PSU in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date. Copies of relevant contracts demonstrating cumulative order quantity in a single financial year are needed. For bids with multiple items, the highest-value product category must meet this criterion.
