Anticipated Performance Is For One Base Period And Four One-year Periods At The Option Of The Government. major Duties And Responsibilities Are To Perform Gardening, Composting And Exterior Cleaning Services For Real Property Owned Or Managed By The U.s. Embassy In Peru. The Contractor Shall Furnish Managerial, Administrative And Direct Labor Personnel To Accomplish All Work As Required In This Contract. The Gardening Area Is Approx. 34,045 Sq Mt.
