The Contractor Shall Perform Gardening Services, Including Furnishing All Labor, Material,equipment And Services, For The U.s. Embassy Asuncion. The Price Listed Below Shall Include Alllabor, Materials, Insurance (see Far 52.228-3 And 52.228-5), Overhead, And Profit. Thegovernment Will Pay The Contractor The Fixed Price Per Month For Standard Routine Services Thathave Been Satisfactorily Performed. after Contract Award And Submission Of Acceptable Insurance Certificates, The Contracting Officerwill Establish A Date (a Minimum Of Ten (10) Days From Date Of Contract Award Unless Thecontractor Agrees To An Earlier Date) On Which Performance Shall Start. the Performance Period Of This Contract Is The Effective Date Of The Contract Continuing For 12months, With Four (4) One-year Optional Periods Of Performance. Exercising Any Option Period Is At Thediscretion Of The U.s. Government. The Initial Period Of Performance Includes A Transition Periodthat May Be Authorized By The Contract.
