By entering the Procedure, the Bidder accepts the following Conditions: 1. Unit Price Includes Transport Costs. 2. Validity of the Offer: Minimum 10 Days from the End of the Proceedings. 3. Delivery required to Sekcja Drogowa Wola Baranowska Knapy 190, 39-451 Baranów Sandomierski from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 4. Required Payment Date is 30 Days from Receipt of the Invoice and Goods. 5. Required Quality Documents and Warranty Conditions for the Subject of the Procedure, to be specified in the Offer. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the Procedure without giving a reason. 7. By submitting the Offer, the Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Order specified in the Order Template constituting Annex No. 1 to the Procedure are accepted. 8. The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with confirmation of receipt of the demand by electronic means to the e-mail address: A.torzewska@pkp-lhs.pl within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the demand. The Buyer does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent the sanctions regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine. When submitting an offer, the Seller is obliged to indicate the goods that come from Russia or are exported from Russia along with the Cn code of these goods, if he or she plans to deliver such goods when executing the order. The Buyer reserves that if, for goods originating in or exported from Russia, the Contractor does not clearly demonstrate that they may be the subject of sale in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in Due to Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws L 229, 31/07/2014, p. 1, as amended), the Buyer will withdraw from the purchase, and the Seller is not entitled to any claims against the Buyer in this respect. 15. By submitting the Offer, the Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Order specified in the Procedure and in the Order Template constituting Annex No. 1 to the Procedure are accepted. 17. After the evaluation of the offers, the Buyer will inform the Seller, who submitted the most advantageous offer that cannot be rejected, about the need to submit a declaration - constituting Annex No. 2 and 3, signed in accordance with the representation.
