The focus of the measures is the fundamental renewal of the technical building equipment and the internal reorganization of functional areas and usage units. Furthermore, the extension of the building with a single-storey extension and a barrier-free elevator is planned. In principle, the technical building equipment will be renewed in the entire building as well as in large parts of the interior surfaces (suspended ceilings, floor coverings, wall coverings, etc.).
