One of the most important therapeutic measures in a hospital is medication and therefore also plays a central role for the employees involved in the treatment process at the Hessisch Lichtenau Orthopedic Clinic. The establishment of a fully digital medication management system should not only improve processes, documentation and security for the employees but also contribute to increasing drug therapy safety for the patient. In addition, information on all drug-related information about the entire treatment process of the patient in the hospital is made available digitally in one system. For all professional groups involved in the medication process, the information and results of individual steps in this process should be available and traceable at all times. The prerequisite for a closed medication process is digital mapping in a uniform system that is integrated into the electronic patient file. This system is to be found with the present tender.

Procurement of ITSM software modules and associated services (on-premises) The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a system house or a manufacturer for the procurement of software modules from a software manufacturer of an ITSM solution, which can be expanded in the long term to form a comprehensive "suite" in the sense of an integrative solution. The long-term planned "suite" is to be based on a shared database (CMDB), offer a common user interface and enable processes across the various modules. The individual modules are to be introduced gradually over the coming years, starting after the contract has been awarded with the three prioritized software modules of "software asset management (SAM)", "unified endpoint management (UEM)" and "patch management for Windows systems". The modules are each intended to cover a user group with their end devices of 1,500 people, whereby these must each include up to 3 end devices of a user within the scope of the license. For this purpose, it is to be converted to a mixed-use development that grants the public access to the building. The ground floor is to be converted into a multifunctional room in which a tea kitchen is to be housed. In the future, events or small concerts are to be held there. Office space for the town of Bad Camberg is to be set up on the first floor and in the attic. An extension is to be planned on the northwest side of the building ("garden side") in which an elevator and sanitary facilities are to be housed. To ensure accessibility, the elevator should be able to access all floors. As part of the planning, it must also be checked whether parking for 1-2 cars can be provided in the basement. The former toilet block is to be converted to public use. A spatial program is to be developed as part of the design planning. The cubature and roof shape are to be retained as far as possible. The possibility of opening up one side of the facade is to be examined. The city awards the other necessary planning services (building object planning, specialist structural planning and electrical engineering planning) as part of further VGV (for building object planning and specialist structural planning) or UVGO (for electrical engineering planning) procedures. 3. Further requirements and cost framework Particular importance is attached to the following points: - Depending on the desired change of use, further planning and construction implementation must not only take into account the changed usage requirements. Current aspects of energy-efficient renovation (taking the EEG into account) and fire protection, as well as the categorisation of public buildings with event space must also be included. - The increased soundproofing requirement due to the B8 must also be observed. - The location of the property in the funding area, an area with ensemble protection under monument protection law as well as neighbouring individual monuments and traffic-calmed areas must also be taken into account. The building construction will take place at the same time as the construction of the outdoor pool and has intersections in terms of water technology and outdoor facilities. The work to be carried out is heating, plumbing and gas installation. Heating technology The work to be carried out relates to the building's heat supply, including hot water preparation. In the catering business, the ventilation systems are equipped with heat exchangers that must be connected. Individual room control takes place mainly via the underfloor heating. In the sanitary building there is a warm area that is to be equipped with electric radiators with individual room control. Outdoor showers are supplied with hot water via a separate air/water heat pump on the roof and in the technical room near the outdoor showers. Sanitary and gas installation The work to be carried out relates to the building's water and gas supply. In the catering kitchen, some of the devices must be supplied with gas, and the exhaust gases are discharged outside via a ventilation system provided by the ventilation department. For this, the gas installation must be secured with solenoid valves. Hot water preparation takes place via heating cartridges and several heat pumps. Heat pump and central hot water preparation for the catering section and hot water preparation for outdoor showers.
