As part of the renovation of the “sad ua Sandbach” substation, a new operations building will be built including a 20 kV switchgear and the associated control, protection and instrumentation technology. It will replace the existing 20 kV switchgear house with the existing system, which will be taken out of service at a later date. Location of the system: Höchster Str. 62 64747 Breuberg Lot 2: Delivery, assembly and testing of a metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated 20-kV double-busbar switchgear Delivery, assembly and testing of a 40-field gas-insulated, fluorine gas-free, metal-encapsulated, partitioned 20-kV double-busbar switchgear with vacuum circuit breakers. The busbar measuring fields are included separately in the total number. However, it is possible to integrate the measurement into another field within the busbar section, so that a version without a separate measuring field is also accepted. The switchgear is installed in series. The connection of all external cables is not part of the scope of services. Delivery must take place no later than June 2026, with the immediate start of assembly and testing, which must be completed by October 30, 2026 including acceptance. An earlier delivery date is possible and can be agreed upon with the client.

The project is being funded by funds from the Hessian "investment package for the promotion of sports facilities 2020". The subject of this procurement procedure are the specialist planning services technical equipment Elt Hoai-lph 5 to 9 in accordance with Section 55 Hoai for the extension of a conference center in the ensemble of the Sporthotel Grünberg plus any special services. A two-storey seminar and conference centre is to be built in the area of the corridor between the sports school and the old gymnasium. The connecting corridor, which is partially open on one side and dates back to the 1960s, is to be redesigned and integrated into the new building project in terms of energy and design. Two seminar rooms with a minimum floor area of 100 square metres are to be built on the ground floor, which can be combined to form a large event room. The currently existing border development cannot be retained. A feasibility study was already drawn up in 2023, which confirmed that the implementation was positive. The new building is to be built using modular construction and commissioned by a general contractor. Now, in several tendering procedures, a planning team is to be found that will implement the project across all performance phases and also take over the interfaces with the general contractor. The existing study is to be understood as a fundamental review of feasibility; no concrete planning or coordination was carried out. +++ Scope of services: Building planning for phases 1-9 in accordance with Sections 33 ff. of the Hoai with an adapted scope of services due to the general contract award (see attachments for details). +++ A phased commissioning is planned. The individual project stages will be called up successively as the project progresses. If the client decides that the project will be terminated after completion of a project stage, no further calls will be made.
