Contract notice – Sector Directive, standard regulation Open procedure (construction work) New construction of a railway overpass – route 3683 Pfa Mitte (ve3212) for the infrastructure project Regionaltangente West (rtw) The Regionaltangente West (rtw) is a new tangential rail connection in the Rhine-Main area to improve local public rail passenger transport in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. Its primary purpose is to better connect the western districts of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding districts, towns and communities with one another and to improve the connection to Frankfurt Airport. The project is divided into the planning approval sections Pfa Nord Pfa Mitte and Pfa Süd I and Süd II. The subject of this contract is the construction of a railway overpass in reinforced concrete construction with shunting in the area of the existing route 3683 of the central planning approval section. The decision on exercising the right to design the contract extensions (option) is made by the client and is only available to them. An interruption in the provision of services by the contractor beyond statutory holidays, which also include December 24th and 31st, is only permitted on two days per calendar year. 3.2 Number of participant places The place capacity is 80 participant places per month during the contract period. These must be kept available by the contractor for the entire duration of the measure. 3.3 Location The location of the service provision is the urban area of the state capital Wiesbaden. The location must have suitable infrastructure and be easily accessible by public transport (ÖPN) within a reasonable time.
