Contract notice – Sector Directive, standard regulation Open procedure (construction work) New construction of a railway overpass – route 3683 Pfa Mitte (ve3212) for the infrastructure project Regionaltangente West (rtw) The Regionaltangente West (rtw) is a new tangential rail connection in the Rhine-Main area to improve local public rail passenger transport in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. Its primary purpose is to better connect the western districts of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding districts, towns and communities with one another and to improve the connection to Frankfurt Airport. The project is divided into the planning approval sections Pfa Nord Pfa Mitte and Pfa Süd I and Süd II. The subject of this contract is the construction of a railway overpass in reinforced concrete construction with shunting in the area of the existing route 3683 of the central planning approval section. Contract notice - General Directive, Standard Regulation Open procedure (services) Lot 1 Support service 2025-2029 With the help of water management, those responsible for maintaining water bodies (GUP) are to be supported in implementing the requirements of the European Water Framework Directive (WRRL) and the implementation of water development measures on flowing waters is to be accelerated. Comparable to the "100 Wild Streams for Hesse" program, the GUPs are to be able to use advisory services such as support with area management, applications for public law permits through to invoicing the funding measures or public relations work. For this purpose, the State of Hesse commissions a service provider who, in addition to supporting the client with overall management as "water management", will potentially take over project management from planning to implementation of the individual water development measures. The consulting services are initially to be provided until December 31, 2027, the end of the third WRRL management cycle. The contract is extended by one-sided written declaration from the client, which must be received by the contractor no later than three months before the end of the execution period, to January 1, 2028 and January 1, 2029 by one year each, i.e. no later than December 31, 2029. If so, which ones? - What are the mechanisms of action between UFP exposure and health consequences, depending on the endpoint being investigated? - Are there differences depending on certain population groups? - What significance do multiple impact factors have on health, e.g. a combination of UFP/traffic noise or UFP/other air pollutants and meteorological parameters, such as UFP/temperature?
