Mehrconducting A Potential Study On Active Noise Abatement Mobility And Globalisation Are Shaping Our Lives More Than Ever Before. Long-distance Travelling Is Just As Commonplace Today As International Business Relationships. However, Intensive Traffic Also Brings With It Some Undesirable Side Effects, Such As Traffic Noise, Which Particularly Affects People Living Near Important Transport Hubs Such As Frankfurt Airport. Active Noise Abatement Is One Of Several Strategies To Minimise Aircraft Noise Pollution In The Frankfurt Area. Active Noise Abatement Starts Directly At The Source Of The Noise. This Includes, For Example, Endeavouring To Make Aircraft Quieter. Other Active Noise Abatement Measures Are Aimed At Developing Quieter Approach And Departure Procedures Or Diverting Aircraft So That Less Noise Reaches Local Residents. Active Noise Abatement Is One Of The Most Promising Strategies For Minimising Noise Pollution Without Massively Restricting Airport Operations. For This Reason, An Interdisciplinary Team Of Experts From Affected Institutions, Companies And Local Authorities Has Been Working At The Frankfurt Site Since 2008 To Develop And Test Suitable Measures. The Work Of The "expert Committee On Active Noise Abatement" (expass) Is Based On A Joint Declaration Adopted By The Hessian State Government And The Aviation Industry In December 2007. The Committee Is Organised By The Forum Airport And Region (ffr), The Neutral Platform For The Cooperation Of All Important Players With Their Different Interests And Responsibilities - From The Airlines To The Surrounding Municipalities, From The Airport Operator To The Aircraft Noise Protection Officer Of The State Of Hesse. Preliminary information for information purposes only – general guidelines (construction work) Ludwigshöhviertel - landscaping work - streetside greenery Bvd New-living GmbH & Co. KG is planning to plant around 160 deciduous trees - standard trees, shrubs and perennials, and plant hollow brackets for the square and street design. In addition, area-wide sowing is planned. Most of the tree pits have already been dug and filled with substrate. The aim is to give the new urban district and the streets a green character. The construction site is located on the southern outskirts of Darmstadt on a converted area of the former Cambrai-Fritsch barracks or Jefferson settlement, today's Ludwigshöhviertel. In recent years, BVD New Living GmbH & Co. KG has comprehensively redesigned the entire conversion site. The former barracks buildings were largely demolished, various building sites cleared and leveled. In addition, the necessary ordnance clearance and soil remediation measures were carried out. The work on the internal development is almost complete. Construction has already started on several of the cleared building sites. The work areas for the greening are spread across the entire planning area. Construction is planned to start in March/April 2025 and is expected to last until May 2025. The construction and planting services will be followed by completion and development maintenance services. The planning and site supervision of the plantings is carried out by the planning office of landscape architect Michael Palm, Weinheim. Preliminary information for information purposes only - general guidelines (services) award of the Neckargemünd line bundle. The Rhein-Neckar district, the city of Heidelberg and the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar GmbH as local and regional task carrying organization in the Bergstrasse district intend to award a public service contract within the meaning of Regulation 1370/2007 with an expected term until the timetable change in December 2036 as public transport task carrying organization and the competent authorities within the meaning of Regulation 1370/2007 in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 1 Vo 1370/07 in conjunction with Part 4 of the GWB as of December 13, 2026 for the Neckargemünd Vrn line bundle. They use the Rhein-Neckar Kör transport association, represented by the Rhein-Neckar transport association GmbH - both B1 3-5, 68159 Mannheim - as a joint awarding body. The provision of scheduled services in the form of bus services to be licensed is awarded on the basis of the current local transport plans of the Rhein-Neckar district, the Bergstrasse district and the city of Heidelberg. The Neckargemünd route bundle currently consists of the VRN bus routes 735, 736, 737, 743, 744, 746, 748, 752, 753, 754, 755 and 817, the timetables of which can be accessed via the VRN timetable information at www.vrn.de. The qualitative and operational specifications to be observed in the context of the transport contract in addition to the timetable scope to ensure adequate transport service arise from the stipulations of the local transport plans of the responsible authorities and the joint local transport plan of the Rhine-Neckar transport association (in this regard, the chapters on quality and quality assurance within the framework of the Gnvp of the VRN are to be observed in particular). On the basis of the statute on a uniform network tariff in the Rhine-Neckar transport association (general regulation), the network tariff of the Rhine-Neckar transport association is to be applied, including all transitional tariff regulations. The timetable concept is to be retained at least in its current scope. On the existing lines, individual adjustments are to be made with regard to travel times, cycle times, service periods and route routes. These include, among other things, changing routes in Neckargemünd and optimizing the travel times of lines 735, 752, 754 and 755 between Heidelberg and Neckargemünd in order to avoid parallel journeys with line 35 and to make better use of synergy effects. On all lines, the S-Bahn timetables current at the start of operations will be taken into account in order to improve coordinated connecting connections to the relevant local public transport hubs (in particular Neckargemünd station, Neckarsteinach). The connection to areas not previously served by local public transport will be examined. This includes, among other things, examining a connection to the Mühlrain / Hollmuth area in Neckargemünd. The establishment of additional stops or the relocation of current ones will also be examined. The use of vehicles with alternative drives is planned on some lines. It will also be examined whether an on-demand service can also be introduced for some lines. An automatic passenger counting system is to be used to determine demand values. The bidder's offer must include the transport services covered by the transport area, in accordance with Section 8a, Paragraph 2, Sentence 4 in conjunction with Section 13, Paragraph 2a, Sentence 2 of the Transport Services Act (Pbefg) and will be evaluated on the basis of the overall performance.
