Details: This contract concerns the rehabilitation of the Lesdiguières hotel, through the carrying out of structural works and interior fittings to re-partition offices, meeting rooms, toilets, and conviviality spaces. The Contract replaces the contract for Lot 01 previously awarded and for which the previous holder was placed in judicial liquidation. The work carried out by the previous holder was limited to the beginning of asbestos removal and lead removal.
