B) Annex Ii to Regulation 2019/779 (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, Iris). To confirm that the subject of the order will be implemented by contractors with an appropriate and documented maintenance and management system, the declaration referred to in Chapter IV, point 4 must be submitted. 5. Bid Evaluation Criterion: Price 99%, 1% Completion date II. Terms of Order Completion: 1. Completion Date - The Order Completion Date expected by the Ordering Party is 7 Business Days. Rules of Delivery and Unloading of Goods - In accordance with the Regulations 3. Place of Delivery: Koleje Wielkopolskie Sp. Z o. o. Ul. Delivery method: One-time delivery, the price should include the cost of delivery and unloading. 5. Payment Date – In accordance with the Regulations; (payment deadline 30 Days from the invoice issuance) The Buyer accepts the issuance and delivery of electronic invoices by the Seller, in accordance with Article 106n of the Act of March 11, 2004 on the Tax on Goods and Services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended; hereinafter referred to as the "Vat Act"). When issuing an electronic invoice, the Seller is obliged to prepare it in PDF format. Warranty Terms - Pursuant to the Regulations; 7. Deadline for Removing Defects Under the Warranty - Pursuant to the Regulations; 8. Contractual Penalties - Pursuant to § 7 of Owd III.
