Contract notice: Tender for the operation of the care centers akaciegården and betty iii (re-tender) Frederiksberg Municipality~s elderly policy is based on the individual citizen~s quality of life and self-determination. In Frederiksberg Municipality, the opportunity is desired for citizens to choose between municipal care centers, independent care centers and privately run care centers. As Frederiksberg Municipality grows, and the municipality wants to create better and simpler services for the citizens, the challenge is to rethink the way of organizing the care and nursing tasks with a focus on resources and development. This requires the municipality to try out new forms of cooperation in order to maintain and develop a high quality in the solution of the tasks for the municipality~s elderly at the best price. With this tender, Frederiksberg Municipality invites new players to submit their bids on how we can solve the task together. The tender is conducted in accordance with section III on the procurement of social and other specific services (also referred to as the light regime) in Act no. 1564 of 15 December 2015, the Public Procurement Act . The municipality has chosen to carry out the tender as a limited tender. Frederiksberg Municipality wants to enter into a mutually binding and trusting partnership with a private supplier, where the focus is on a good everyday life for the residents but also on developing and future-proofing welfare in the care area in the municipality. A new provider of the care center task must ensure a culture at the care center where dignity and self-determination are highly valued, and where there is a focus on the close relationships between the residents, the relatives and others. The contract relates to the total operation of Akaciegården and Betty III, including: 1) Care and nursing for approx. 95 +125 farmers 2) Food production from Akaciegården~s production kitchen for both care centers 3) Business transfer of approx. 137 employees from Akaciegården and approx. 87 from King Frederik IX~s home 4) Stage relocation to Betty III and employee recruitment to Betty III 5) Internal property management. Reference is also made to the tender material. In connection with the publication of this tender notice, pre-qualification documents are published as well as the requirements specification that formed the basis for final tenders in the now canceled tender that precedes this re-tender. This means i.a. that the stated dates are not true, but the tendered task and the associated requirements will largely be as in the previous tender. Frederiksberg Municipality will, when selection has been made (pre-qualification), publish an updated requirements specification, contract and tender conditions, as final approval is pending for these documents at the time of publication of this tender.
