The building is currently not in use and has been vacant for some time. Parts of the building have a basement, and parts are elevated above the outdoor facilities. Building services systems and expert inspections for the purpose of maintenance and repair of the building are ongoing. The following measures are necessary as part of the roof waterproofing work: The roof covering of the existing roof (flat roof approx. 2,600 m²), consisting of insulation, waterproofing and gravel, will be dismantled and disposed of. The new roof covering will be restored, with insulation according to the building regulations, membrane sealing, and a partial green roof (approx. 25% of the roof area), and partial gravel (approx. 75% of the roof area). A PV system will also be installed, although this will not be part of this contract.
