The connected supply lines of the connected devices are being laid on the new distributors. For this purpose, the cables will be partially extended to the locations of the new distributors using sleeves and new cables (approx. 450 circuits, approx. 7,500m of new NYM cable). The existing supply cables of the distributors will be partially reused and relocated (approx. 600m of new supply cables required). To supply the AV distributors, a new GHV distribution will be installed in Kern 14 on level U1, from which all AV distributors that are connected to the existing busbar will be supplied. An uninterrupted supply must be guaranteed and the decommissioning of the connections must be agreed with the respective user. In a previous project, the Sibel distributors including supply cables were already replaced and put into operation. The new distributors must partially be moved to a different location in the new SV room. For the duration of the renovation work, temporary arrangements must be made to operate the connected devices. The lighting in the new distribution rooms and their electrical connections will be renewed. In addition, the emergency lighting in the stairwells, elevator lobbies and technical rooms on levels U4 to E4 will be renewed and partially expanded (approx. 160 new emergency and escape sign lights).
