The Work Expected Is To Include Providing And Installing A Pre-engineered Restroom Building, A Grinder Pump Station, A Force Main Within The Public Right Of Way, Utilities To Provide Water, Sewer And Electrical Connections Throughout The Site, And Sitework And Restoration. There May Also Be An Optional Task That Would Include Placement Of Rip Rap In-water Adjacent To The Facility. the Estimated Cost Of Construction Is Between $250,000.00 And $500,000.00. based On The Responses To This Sources Sought Notice/market Research, This Requirement May Be Set-aside For Small Businesses (in Full Or In Part) Or Procured Through Full And Open Competition.
