Dupont Specialty Products Usa Llc Is The Developer Of The Required Ballistic Protective Material, And They Are The Only Known Source For Obtaining The Product. Dupont Is Also The Only Known Source For Finished Products Constructed From Exo Fiber, As They Not Only Make The Fibers, But They Also Produce All The Finished Fabrics That Are Made With Exo. As Such, There Are No Other Known Vendors Capable Of Meeting The Requirements Of This Action. the North American Industry Classification System (naics) Code For This Requirement Is 325220 And The Size Standard Is 1,050 Employees. this Is Not A Request For Proposals. The Usace, Engineer Research And Development Center (erdc), Has A Need To Procure Services To Support Thegeotechnical And Structures Laboratory (gsl), Us Army Engineer Research And Development Center (erdc), Locatedin Vicksburg, Mississippi. the Gsl Requires Contract Support Services To Perform Research, Development, Testing, And Evaluation Tasks In Support Of Army And Dod Civil And Military Missions.
