Site Visit: Wednesday, March 24, 2021 At 8:30 Am At Rend Lake Project Office/visitor Center  11981 Rend City Road, Benton, Il 62812 the Contractor Shall Provide All Personnel, Equipment, Material, Supplies And Labor Required To Perform Mowing, Vegetative Control, And Grounds Maintenance In Recreational And Administration Areas And/or Other Areas Set Forth In The Attached Appendices As Specified Herein And As Directed By The Contracting Officer Or His/her Authorized Representative.  The Terms "vegetative Control" And "grounds Maintenance" Include, But Are Not Limited To Mowing, To Include Trail Mowing, Trimming, Rotary Cutting, Vegetation Control (herbicide Application), Waste Water Treatment Lagoons, Unmowable Areas, Along Guard Rails, Fences, Sidewalks, Impact Sites, Beaches, Parking Lot Areas, And Along Roadways.  Work Items Are Addressed Separately In These Specifications Only For The Purpose Of Describing An End Product For The Work To Be Accomplished.  the Contractor Shall Assure That All Work Is Accomplished In Accordance With Contract Requirements, All Applicable Laws, Regulations And/or Written Directives Issued By The Contracting Officer Or Authorized Representative. All Work Shall Be Performed To The Satisfaction Of The Contracting Officer Or Authorized Representative.
