Panels Will Cover Different Usace Topics, And Multiple Topics Could Be Included On A Single Panel. previous Interpretive Signage Was Removed At The Request Of Representatives Of Nearby Native American Tribes Due To Proximity To Sensitive/sacred Areas And Inaccurate Information. Tribal Representatives Have Requested New Signs Focus On Tribal Way Of Life Versus The Burial Mounds In The Area. The Interpretive Panels Should Be Used To Communicate The Tribal Way Of Life, Rich History Of The Area, And The U.s.
