The Framework Agreement Includes the Delivery of POS and Marketing Materials to be Used at the Customer's Dealers in Denmark. The Products Are to be Delivered to the Customer, the Customer's Distributor and to 6 Warehouses in Denmark. The Customer Requests Various POS and Marketing Materials to be Placed for Shorter or Longer Periods at the Customer's Dealers. In addition, Advice is Requested in Connection with the Development of POS. The Customer's Consumption and Delivery Pattern of Products in 2024 is Set Out in Table 1 in Appendix 1 - Requirements Specification. It Is Expected That the Annual Consumption Will Be Similar During the Contract Period.

FSB is Copenhagen's largest social housing company with around 100 housing units in Copenhagen and Gladsaxe. FSB is managed by our residents and we own approx. 13,000 social housing units in Copenhagen. In addition, we manage approx. 1,000 youth housing units and dormitories. The properties were built in the period 1933-2025. FSB hereby invites interested bidders to bid on our offer of craftsman services within the masonry area. The offer includes 7 partial agreements as 6-year contracts. These are divided geographically.

Total consultancy tender with negotiation is offered in 2025 for the planning and construction of a new school and cultural centre in Jernbanebyen of approx. 25,500 m2. The task is a joint order from the Children & Youth Administration and the Culture & Leisure Administration in the Municipality of Copenhagen, to Byggeri Copenhagen, which, as the Municipality of Copenhagen's client organisation, is handling the task on behalf of the administrations. The tender concerns total consultancy in all phases from concept presentation up to and including the 1st year's inspection. The client wishes to procure a shift system targeted at educational staff with this tender. The system is to be used in the client's day care for children aged 0-6 years and in after-school programs. The system is to be used monthly by approximately 520 educational managers and approximately 8,600 educational employees. The client wishes to procure a system that educational managers can use for long-term planning, including shift planning based on available employee resources. The system must be able to be used by educational managers and educational employees for daily adjustments to working hours, as well as be able to be adapted to the client's different organizations of individual units, including, among other things, supporting a graphical display of the units' room layout.

Amgros I/s (amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wishes to enter into framework agreements for the medicines specified in the individual partial contracts below, with the aim of supplying the stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with medicines as well as possible resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicines to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros' purchase price plus a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without any obligation to purchase, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros' framework agreements.

The transport task includes the collection, transport, emptying and return of filled and empty containers/boxes between Revas' waste center, Kirkebækvej 136, 8800 Viborg and/or the Martinesminde 2 transfer center, 8800 Viborg, and the specified reception facilities in Appendix 3 - Tender list. The transport task thus generally includes the collection and transport of containers/boxes with incinerable waste collected in the municipality of Viborg to the specified reception facilities and the associated return journey with emptied equipment to its site. The number of units specified in the tender list is not binding on Revas beyond the specific need.

Halsnæs Varme A/s is planning the supply of district heating in an existing oil and electric heated area in Asserbo. Asserbo is a smaller settlement in Halsnæs Municipality, which has grown together with Liseleje into one urban area. The contract includes, among other things, client consultancy for: - Vvm screening - Design of district heating pipes - Design of booster pump station - Preparation of tender materials for the establishment of a district heating project (pipes) for contractors - Preparation of tender materials for the establishment of a district heating project (booster pump station) for contractors - Management of the tender process for pipes and booster pump station - Preparation of award notes - Project management, construction management and supervision during construction - Dialogue on connection with landowners - Participation in various meetings - Application and obtaining of all necessary permits. The supplier's tasks could include preparing technical notes with answers to questions asked in connection with the committees' processing of specific complaints, participating in web meetings and physical meetings, including sparring meetings, assessing the need for technical case information, technical quality assurance, etc. The services included in the framework agreement are detailed in Appendix 3 of the framework agreement.
