The Program’s Goals Are Presented In Detail Below. It Is The Intent That This Broad Agency Announcement (baa) Be Open For A Two-year Period From The Date Of Publication. Specified Dates Are Given In Paragraph 2.a. Below For Submission Of Pre-proposals And Full Proposals To Be Awarded Within Fiscal Year (fy) 2024 And 2025. 1.
