The focus of this survey will be: • Based on the outcome of the previous survey the question bank to be customized to draw out issues that are specific to UNU • Employee experience working at UNU and views on what needs to be changed. • Additional customized questions based on previous survey that is relating UNU’s values and behavior framework. • Update the status on levels of engagement and disengagement and the key factors that affect the personnel following the previous employee engagement survey. • Employee’s view on what changes is needed at UNU.
