UNU-Centre-Tokyo (UNU) organizes international conferences, seminars, workshops, and presentations, often in collaboration with UN agencies and other partners in Japan and also rents conference facilities on a commercial basis to generate income for the maintenance of the building. UNU conducted an RFQ for provision of temporary staffing services for Conference Services to support its operation.

The Office of Communications (OC) of UNU is seeking video production services for our public outreach project for the purposes of branding and visibility as well as knowledge mobilization. The goal of our video production services is to create a digital archive of events and promptly share short videos on social media platforms. This approach aims to expand our audience reach and attract new groups of individuals.
