UMBRELLA CONSULTANCY CONTRACT FOR SAP CMMS SERVICE-Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for creation of Computerized database of Maintenance Management information of respective projects including SPIR and Vendor data, that is used to carry out maintenance jobs in an effective and timely manner. The Scope of Work for EPIC Contracts includes the execution of CMMS related work wby utilizing a specialist SAP CMMS sub contractor. The final deliverable of the CMMS sub contract is known as “Interim Data Base (IDB)” which is handed over to Asset Holder for uploading into CMMS/SAP. The IDB contains the following: All relevant drawings Data Sheets. Operating and maintenance instructions. Maintenance Routines. Spare parts requirements. Spare parts ordering information.
