PROVISSON OF STIMULATION VESSEL & SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE WELLS OF QP ON CALL-OFF BASIS-Provision Of Stimulation Vessel For Offshore Operations 1.,,Contractor shall provide all Contractor Personnel, services, Vessel, Contractor Items and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of Stimulation Vessel and performance of offshore stimulation jobs as and when required by QP on call-off basis. 2.,,The Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: i.,,Acidization ii.,,Nitrogen Lift iii.,,De-scaling iv.,,Scale / corrosion inhibitor squeeze v.,,Fracturing vi.,,Kill and well control operations 3.,,The Vessel shall be class-certified, dynamically positioned (DP Class -2). 4.,,Vessels shall not be not more than 15 years old at the start of Contract. 5.,,The estimated number of wells, which may require Stimulation Services, are approximately sixty eight (68) 6.,,Contract Duration for the Services shall be sixty three (63) months, including three (3) months for initial mobilization and inspection, from the Effective Date of Contract.
