PROVISION OF WELL CONTROL SPECIALIST EQUIP & SERV-CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for providing SERVICES and Equipment for Emergency Services and Routine (Non-Emergency) Services. The CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for preparing and conducting blowout drills / exercises for both Onshore and Offshore Drilling Operations and provide a detailed report capturing all the relevant learning points and identifying recommendations to update QP procedures. The CONTRACTOR may also be requested to provide certifying well control training and / or development training or evaluations at various staff levels for both QP and QP's Contractors
