MAINTENANCE&SUPPORT AND CALLOFF PURCHASE OF ORACLE SOFTWARE-CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR ORACLE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES

PROVISION OF WELL CONTROL SPECIALIST EQUIP & SERV-CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for providing SERVICES and Equipment for Emergency Services and Routine (Non-Emergency) Services. The CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for preparing and conducting blowout drills / exercises for both Onshore and Offshore Drilling Operations and provide a detailed report capturing all the relevant learning points and identifying recommendations to update QP procedures. The CONTRACTOR may also be requested to provide certifying well control training and / or development training or evaluations at various staff levels for both QP and QP's Contractors

MARINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT MESAIEED PORT-Contractor scope includes provision of manpower, materials, tools and tackles, equipment, Work Boat with its crew, consumables, supervision, testing and each and every items of expense necessary for smooth and effective operation of the facilities at Mesaieed Port. Contractor shall carryout maintenance activities in the port area as directed by QP, including offshore maintenance, berth maintenance, vessel maintenance, navigational aids and other electronic systems maintenance.

OF CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEMS AT MESAIEED WHARVES-Contractor shall maintain and repair / replace the Installations pertaining to the Cathodic Protection System within the Mesaieed Wharves at Mesaieed Port, NGL Jetty and HWTP area, including provision of all required manpower, supervision, equipment / tools and tackles, spares, materials, consumables, services. Scope includes monthly / half yearly / yearly maintenance, inspection services, monthly surveys by taking all relevant readings, supply of consumables & spares
