REPLACEMENT OF TRANSFORMER TBD-006 & TBD-007 LV BUS DUCTS IN NGSL MESAIEED-The scope includes the provisions demolition and removal of the existing temporary cables and to perform any modifications/ upgrade on the existing facilities/ structures/ utilities and to carry out engineering, procurement, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and the commissioning for two (2) new busbar and bus ducts and its accessories to feed load from 11KV/433V Transformers TBD-6 & 7 to 415V switchboard QD-18 at NGSL Mesaieed.

PROVIDING NEW KERBING AND BUND WALL HEIGHTS INCREASE INSIDE UNITS AT QatarEnergy REFINERY, MESAIEED-QP Refinery Insurance Assessor made risk observations / safety recommendations to QP with regard to containment of Pool Fires in susceptible fire zones & existing bund wall heights. Hence, QP Refinery initiated a study (LC17106700) to review the kerbing / drainage requirements in fire susceptible zones and to recommend new kerbing / drainage system wherever required. Also, existing bunds around Tanks were identified which donot comply with Refinery design criteria. This project is being carried out to implement the recommendations of study LC17106700. Objective of this Contract is to design, procure, install and construct new kerbing with associated drainage system at QP Refinery in accordance with the Scope of Work, Drawings and Specifications. The main activities include (but not limited to): New Kerbing with Drainage system ",,Design of new kerbing / grade slab / sump / manhole / drainage system. ",,Underground Scanning. EXECUTION OF VARIOUS MECHANICAL SHUTDOWN PCRs AT NGL PLANTS IN MESAIEED OPERATIONS-Qatar Petroleum requires the Services of a Contractor to carry out the Work that includes preliminary engineering verification, detail design, procurement, material supply, installation /construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning (EPIC) for implementation of the various mechanical plant change requests at QP’s NGL-4 Plant in Mesaieed

MAINTENANCE OF SCBA, AIR COMPRESSORS, FILLING STATIONS AND DETECTION, MONITORING AND MEASURING EQUIPMENT AT MIC-Contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance services and calibration services on routine basis and Corrective maintenance services on Call-off (RO) basis as and when instructed by QP, for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), Breathing Air Compressors and Filling Stations and Detection, Monitoring and Measuring Equipment at MIC,which includes but not limited to provision of all manpower, supervision, genuine OEM spare parts, materials, consumables, tools, equipment, test equipment, facilities, utilities, and transportation and each and every item of expense necessary

IMPLEMENTATION OF SHUTDOWN PCRs FOR CRUDE & RFCC UNITS AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED.-The Scope of work includes supply of all labour, materials(apart from those to be free-issued by QP which will be explicitly specified in Appendix G of the tender document), consumables, services, supervision, testing, equipment, commissioning tools, devices, warehousing and transportation necessary for the implementation of the mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation works related to the firm scope of thirty seven(37) shutdown PCRs (for piping and related works) and any additional shutdown PCRs that has to be implemented in Crude Refinery and RFCC units during the respective planned shutdowns. Contract Duration is nine (9) calendar months

OVERHAULING OF BMUS AT ABH DISTRICT IN DOHA-Overhauling of Business Management Units (BMU) at ABH District in Doha Complete site survey and assessment of eleven (11) BMUs currently in operation that to be overhauled to ensure safe and appropriate usage of the installation requirement and any additional associated works needed (civil, painting, electrical & Mechanical installation and commissioning, etc.) The objective of this project is to implement the recommended overhauling for all the BMUs to ensure safe and appropriate usage of the assets. .

12 INCH FSP & 24 INCH OFFRAG PIPELINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-12" pipeline repair Scope of work consist of carrying out specialist services for in-line pipeline isolation services of the 12" pipeline Liquid Raw NGL pipeline from Fahahil Stripping Plant (FSP) facilities in Dukhan to NGL-1 facilities in Mesaieed with total pipeline length of 89 KM and the associated pipeline cut and weld hot work repair at 1 (one) pipeline pin hole leak location currently installed with mechanical clamp in QP Pipeline Corridor at location near KM 76 pipeline marker. 24" valves repair This Scope of Work defines the requirement of nitrogen supply to full de-pressuring & inerting the 24" OFFRAG pipeline from Mesaieed to PS -1 offshore with total length of 120 KM prior and after the completion of valves overhauling, the manpower, tools and executes the SOW to the extent of covering efficiently all works including all related activities on, valve shade removal/installation, valves removal, valves Transportation from and back to locations, valves dismantling, Inspection, overhauling, and hydro-testing and commissioning.

PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR REAL-TIME DRILLING OPTIMIZATION-Contractor shall perform Services for real-time drilling monitoring and optimization for QP's onshore and offshore operations, on a Call-off basis. The Services shall include (i) Hardware and software for rig-site data aggregation and transmission to QP-hosted server(s), physical setup and maintain system availability (ii) Software for hosting of data on QP-provided server(s) within QP network and for real-time data visualization, real-time well engineering, and real-time KPI reporting & benchmarking (iii) All infrastructure requirements including physical setup to connect and integrate the new Real-Time systems to the existing IT networks (iv) Personnel for real-time drilling monitoring & optimization at QP's Real-Time Operating Centre (RTOC)in Doha. Contract duration shall be thirty seven (37) months from the Effective Date, including one (1) month for initial mobilization.

EPIC FOR REPLACEMENT OF REFINERY PIPELINE CULVERTS IN MIC-The scope of Work for the EPIC Works is as summarized below: 1.,,EPIC of New Culverts EPIC of eight (08) new RCC culverts to replace the existing culverts which are in a poor state of repair shall be provided according to the changed site & loading conditions, applicable local and international codes/ standards and QP/ Shell DEPs. Topographic and geotechnical investigation will be required at these locations. Alignment of culverts will remain the same. Particular attention shall be given in the design and construction to prevent ground water ingress into the culverts. 2.,,Protection of existing pipelines inside Culverts. As the pipe lines services cannot be disrupted, the existing pipelines shall be properly protected/ secured prior to and during the demolition of existing culverts and construction of new culverts. 3.,,Demolition of Existing Culverts & Asphalt Road Overlay The culverts are located under busy MIC roads, hence the re-construction of these culverts should be carried out in phases with close coordination with MIC to ensure continuous traffic flow with minimum disruptions. Demolition of existing shall be undertaken to ensure no loss of service of any pipelines and be undertaken in line with highest health and safety standards. The reconstruction of culverts shall require construction of temporary roads for traffic diversions, open cutting of existing asphalt roads, and demolition of existing culverts. Traffic management including all safety barriers and warnings shall be provided during the demolition and re-construction culverts. 4.,,New Culverts Construction The construction of eight (08) new culverts shall comply with the current standards / codes, changed site conditions and QP safety requirements. Dewatering works will also be involved throughout the demolition and construction. Construction on new culverts shall be undertaken to ensure no loss of service of any pipelines and be undertaken in line with highest health and safety standards. 5.,,Reinstatement of Asphalt Road Overlay Reinstatement of asphalt road to be done as per MIC specifications and referenced standards.

UPGRADE OF GAS CHROMATOGRAPH (GC) ANALYSERS AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-1. Scope of Work of this CONTRACT is Engineering, Procurement, Installation, testing and commissioning to Upgrade Five (5) nos. of Gas Chromatograph (GC) Analysers at QP Refinery which are loacted in different units with Sampling system, Oven, Columns, Valves, fittings, cables and Analyser cabinets. 2.,,CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the design, manufacture / fabrication, assembly, transportation to QP Refinery, installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and documentation of the complete Analyser system with Sampling system, Oven, Columns, Valves, fittings, cables, Analyser cabinet, Operator Interface Computer, Communication requirement between Analysers, Computer and Distributed Control System (DCS) and auxiliary equipment as given below in the detailed Scope of Work. 3.,,CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the removal of the existing Analyser system in the Analyser House. 4.,,CONTRACTOR shall provide any other items not specifically detailed within this document, but required for the correct and satisfactory operation and maintenance of the whole analyser system. 5.,,It will be the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to make site visit during tendering / bidding stage to study and understand the existing Analyser systems for the removal or retaining of part of existing components.
