MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOLS & RELATED FACILITIES AT DUKHAN & MESAIEED-QP requires a qualified and experienced Contractor to carryout maintenance of swimming pools, water features, SPA (Jacuzzi), Sauna room, Steam room and other related facilities in QP Dukhan Township and Mesaieed Industrial City. The scope of Service comprises of, but not limited to, routine and periodic maintenance, repair/replacement of defective parts and/or supply/install new spare parts, evaluation and testing services, and submission of periodical maintenance reports and checklists.

PROVISION OF MANPOWER SUPPORT FOR OIL SPILL RESPONSE SERVICES-The Services to be performed by Contractor includes provision of skilled and experienced personnel, including Senior oil spill responders, oil spill responders, maintenance technicians and project operations supervisor to carry out all activities related to oil spill response services. Contract duraton: Sixty one (61) calendar months including one month of Mobilization Period.

LABORATORY PERFORMANCE TESTING OF CORROSION INHIBITORS AND ANTI SCALE AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-The Scope of Services covers the requirement of carrying out Laboratory Performance Test of corrosion inhibitor samples in order to qualify the best chemicals for application at offshore locations to mitigate the corrosion.The Contract Duration shall be three (03) years from the Effective Date.

PROVISION OF CRANE OPERATORS AT QP OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-Supply Of Crane Operators at Offshore Locations on a conitnuous basis for 5 years. 6 dedicated crane operators (one on each location) permanently at PS-2, PS-3 &NFA and additional 3 during Station Shutdowns.

PROVISION OF COILED TUBING EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR QP OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE WELLS-Provision of Coiled Tubing Equipment and Services for QP Offshore and Onshore Wells on call off basis for a period of 5 years.

PROVISION OF NITROGEN EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE OPERATIONS-Provision Of Nitrogen Equipment And Services For Offshore Operations 1. CONTRACTOR shall provide all personnel, supervision, dedicated equipment, tools, materials, services with necessary expenses to perform Nitrogen Pumping Services for offshore wells on Call-Off basis. 2.,,Nitrogen Services shall include, but not limited to, the following:- 2.1,,Mobilization / Demobilization of personnel as well as equipment. 2.2,,Supply of liquid N2, crew and equipment. QP shall have the option of providing Nitrogen. In such case, the cost of nitrogen shall not be payable to the Contractor. 2.3,,Perform all types of nitrogen pumping / operations starting from equipment rigging up till rigging down as per pre-approved QP job program. 3.,,The estimated number of wells, which may require Nitrogen Pumping Services, are approximately eighty (80). 4.,,Contract Duration for the Services shall be sixty two (62) months including two (2) months for initial mobilization and inspection from the Effective Date of Contract.

ACQUISITION OF CASED HOLE WELL INTEGRITY LOGGING TOOLS WITHIN DUKHAN FIELDS ON RENTAL & CALL-OFF BASIS-Contractor shall provide Contractor Personnel and rental equipment on Call Off basis, the latest versions of well integrity logging memory tools and accessories, which shall be run on slick line, provided by QP or other contractor engaged by QP, for downhole corrosion, leak detection, cement evaluation and current measurement for the cathodic protection system. Contract duration for the Services shall be Sixty One (61) months from the Effective Date of the Contract including one month for initial mobilization and inspection.

EPIC FOR UPGRADE OF FIRE WATER SYSTEM AT KNDS AND MODIFICATION TO PIPING SUPPORTS AT DUKHAN STATIONS-EPIC for upgrade of Fire Water system at KNDS and Remedial MISC WORKS, DKN The objective of this project is to design, procure and construct the facilities as detailed in the Appendix A. The scope of services pertaining to Fire Water System upgrade at KNDS includes implementation of all recommendations at Khatiyah North Degassing station as defined in FEED documents (Appendix F). This includes modifications to the existing fire water system at KNDS, along with additional piping, equipment, F&G system modifications, electrical systems, and Deludge System. Based on FW system Surge Analysis studies, in order to mitigate the high surge pressures Surge Relief Valves shall be installed.

REPLACE/REALIGN PIPE SUPPORTS & SAND CLEAR ON CALL-OFF @ DKN-CONTRACTOR shall carry out re-alignment, concrete repairs and replacement of pipe supports, replacement of anchor supports, concrete repairs to wellhead cellar walls, sand clearance, vegetation removal, excavation and backfilling, stone pitching and culvert cover at pipelines, facilities and installations within Dukhan Fields on Call-Off basis.

NEW SECONDARY SCHOOL IN DUKHAN TOWNSHIP-.,,1. Scope CONTRACTOR shall carry out the detailed design and engineering, procurement, installation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing, and start-up (herein after referred as WORK) for the completion of works comprising but not limited to works related to New Secondary School for residents of Dukhan Township to accommodate 750 students from Year 7 to 13, and all associated facilities and services. The WORK shall include buildings, building services, play areas, external works and car parking described below under clause 1.6 (herein referred as FACILITY) as specified in this Appendix-A, other appendices, specifications and drawings of the CONTRACT. Any approval, consent, acknowledgement, review of inspection by QP under this CONTRACT will not relieve the CONTRACTOR of any of their obligations, responsibilities or liabilities under the CONTRACT. ,,2. Background ,,Existing Dukhan Secondary School in its current state does not meet and comply with Qatar Civil Defense Department (QCDD) requirements and it presents an imminent compliance risk. Many of the existing building are porta-cabin type structures, which are not accepted by QCDD. Some porta-cabins have outlived their design life, and are in a poor state and are no longer weatherproof making them unfit for use as school premises. ,, 3. ,,CONTRACT Objective The objective of the CONTRACT is to design and construct the New Dukhan Secondary School FACILITY. The FACILITY must be completed and obtain QCDD approval and comply with Ministry of Education and Ministry of Municipality and Environment requirements and provide safe and suitable facilities to allow the school to continue operation providing education to children of QP staff residing in Dukhan.
