MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SYSCOM SCADA SYSTEMS WITHIN DUKHAN FIELDS-The scope of services include to carry out the ssytem service, troubleshooting, configurations, design modification, installation, system upgrades and corrective maintenance services for Allan Bradlley PLC/RTU, RSView32, Wonderware InTouch System by SYSCOM (SCADA Systems), GE-FAnuc (PLCs and HMIs) and Siemens (PLCs and HMIs) on call-off basis in all stipulated areas, covering Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Dukhan Power Station (DPS), UmBab 33KV substation, Line Break Valve (LBV) s tations, Sewerage Pumping Stations within Dukhan Industrial City.

CALL-OFF SERVICES FOR FLOW METERING SYSTEM CERTIFICATION AT GDS STATIONS IN MESAIEED, DOHA AND RAS LAFFAN-CALLOFF SERVCES FOR FLOW METERING SYSTEM CERTIFICATION AT GDS STATIONS IN MESAIEED, DOHA AND RAS LAFFAN 1.1.,,The SERVICES include DP-Transmitters Certification, Orifice Plate Certification and Wet Certification of Ultrasonic Flow meters (including straightener, upstream & down stream meter runs) on call-off basis. The activities shall be performed with stations in operation, hence, CONTRACTOR shall take utmost care and follow all QP safety regulations and guidelines. In performing the SERVICES, CONTRACTOR shall conform to QP?s Permit to Work (PTW) and QP Safety Regulations for Contractors as listed in Attachment No. 8 hereof. 1.2.,,The SERVICES for USM shall include removal of flow metering stream/skid from the process line, rigging, lifting, transportation from QP to accredit testing lab and back to QP, perform As-Found verification, servicing, calibration, testing, certification and re-installation of flow metering steam/skid on the process line.

UPGRADE TSE DBN.NETWORK,CCTV SVY.& REFURBISH SEWERS-MESAIEED-QP intends to award this CONTRACT for the upgrade of Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) distribution network,CCTV Survey and GRP Lining work,and refurbishment of the existing sewerage network in Mesaieed. The CCTV survey and rehabilitation of certain sections of the sewerage network have been carried out in the recent past. The Scope of Work of this CONTRACT shall cover the remaining defective areas of the sewerage network in the catchment area of other pumping stations.

Release Order shall be issued to Contractor stating all the necessary activities to be carried out at each stage of the repair of each tank. Contract Duration:04 years Start Date:22/08/2010

ECS FOR ADDIT.TRAIN. FACILTIES AT MESAIEED TRAIN CENT-QP's Corporate Training Department (CTP) delivers customised training packages for the technician preparation programs at TAFE certificate levels III and IV. The training needs of Mesaieed based companies are increasing yearly and the existing vocational training facility at Mesaieed, which is limited to process operations only, is located in the very unsuitable premises of the old bakery buildings in Mesaieed and is entirely insufficient to meet the growing training requirements of Mesaieed Industrial City. The Additional Training Facilities project in Mesaieed is urgently required in order to provide for the technician training needs of Mesaieed and also to accommodate staff and training facilities from the Ras Abu Aboud training centre in anticipation of its imminent closure. In addition there is a need to establish maintenance training facilities for electrical, mechanical and instrumentation disciplines in Mesaieed.
