CHARTER OF A FLOATING STORAGE & OFFLOADING TANKER (FSO)FOR AL RAYYAN FIELD-CONTRACTOR shall provide one (01) Floating Storage and Offloading Tanker (FSO) together with an operational crew to support its Production facilities (i.e. Al Mourjan Platform) at Al Rayyan field. Contract Duration shall be sixty nine (69) months from the Effective Date

CALIBRATION AND SERVICING OF INSTRUMENTS FOR QP REFINERY MESAIEED-The Scope of Services includes provision of calibration workshop, test equipment / calibrators, tools, consumables, vehicles, technically capable supervisors/engineers, skilled technicians, fitters, helpers, riggers and the like to carry out removal, overhaul, calibration and functional test of specified instruments and control valves on call off basis. The services shall be carried out either on-site (respective instrument location or Contractor's workshop to be installed within Refinery premises) or off-site (Contractor's workshop outside Refinery premises) depending upon the extent of respective job. The Contract Duration will be five (5) calendar years from the Effective Date.

UPGRADE OF BS-100 AND BS-60 FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-CONTRACTOR shall carry out removal of existing FAS, supply and installation of new FAS including all required cabling, programming configuration and Communication for the FAS at 15 numbers buildings & complete with configuration and graphic modification in CFAMS located at ERCC control room and nearest Fire Station, followed by the required testing and commissioning for providing a fully functional FAS.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SIL STUDY RECOMMENDATIONS AT QP REFINERY-The Scope of Work includes supply, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning for implementation of various SIL study recommendations and handover to QP Refinery in ready to use condition. The WORK shall also include the activities to be carried out by CONTRACTOR by utilizing the services of DCS/ESD OEM i.e. Honeywell. A Vast majority of the recommendation shall be implemented during the 2021 Turn-around Refinery2, RFCC and GRTA.

PROVISION OF CASING & TUBING HANDLING SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE & ONSHORE OPERATIONS-1. Contractor shall provide casing and tubing handling equipment/tools, personnel, supervision, associated services and each and every item of expense necessary for performing running and / or pulling casing / tubing and also make-up / break-out completion sub-assembly with premium connections at QP's Offshore and Onshore Rigs, on Call-Off basis. 2 ,,The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1 Provision of casing / tubing handling equipment and services; 2.2 Provision of specialist Contractor Personnel, skilled and unskilled labors, Contractor Items including all tools and equipment; 2.3 Provision of transportation, storage and safe handling facilities for the materials to be supplied by Contractor; and 2.4 Transportation of Contractor Items including all tools and equipment to and from Ras Laffan Jetty for Offshore operations and Dukhan Base for Onshore. 2.5 Providing operational report upon completion of each Release Order. 3 ,,The Scope of Services shall consist of two (2) sections viz. Section -1 for Offshore Services and Section-2 for Onshore Services. The Tender Document shall provide for awarding one Contract or two (2) contracts separately for each section, based on economics and at the sole discretion of QP. 4 Contract duration for the Services shall be sixty three (63) months from the Effective Date including three (3) months for initial mobilization and inspection.

MAINTENANCE OF SCBA, AIR COMPRESSORS, FILLING STATIONS AND DETECTION, MONITORING AND MEASURING EQUIPMENT AT MIC-Contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance services and calibration services on routine basis and Corrective maintenance services on Call-off (RO) basis as and when instructed by QP, for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), Breathing Air Compressors and Filling Stations and Detection, Monitoring and Measuring Equipment at MIC,which includes but not limited to provision of all manpower, supervision, genuine OEM spare parts, materials, consumables, tools, equipment, test equipment, facilities, utilities, and transportation and each and every item of expense necessary

PROVISION OF MUD LOGGING UNITS AND SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE OPERATIONS-Provision of Mudlogging Units and services which shall consist of complete Formation Evaluation & Advanced Drilling Technology Services as required for Mud Logging operations in vertical, deviated or horizontal wells for QP Offshore and Onshore Drilling Operations.

PROVISION OF KAHRAMAA POWER AT VARIOUS GAS DISTRIBUTION STATIONS-EPIC for provision of power supply to the following Gas Distribution Stations: A3, CP-07, CP-16, 37-LBV-3, BS-LBV-13 & RLOC Stations (72-SBV-1, 72-SBV-2 & 72-SBV-4)

PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR DIGITIZING UPSTREAM TECHNICAL RECORDS AT DUKHAN-Qatar Petroleum requires the services of digitizing paper identified as information of high value within SD&E. The scope covers the digitization of all non-digital records of high value for corporate memory and knowledge retention. This will provide immediate availability of information at the fingertips of technical users.

PROVISION OF COMMERCIAL SECURITY SERVICES FOR RLIC-Contractor shall provide complete and comprehensive Security Services for the designated QP commercial facilities within MIC/DCA/RLIC, which includes provision of all required Contractor Personnel such as Supervisors and Security Guards including Security Patrollers, equipment, vehicles, Personnel administration, accommodation, food and transportation and each and every item of expense necessary for execution of the Services. Tender has 3 individual Scopes - Part A, B and C for MIC, DCA and RLIC respectively. Tenderer may submit the bid for all the above 3 Scopes or any one (1) or more of the 3 individual Scopes.
