CALL OFF MAINTENANCE OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR VALVES AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-The Services to be covered by the tender comprises the supply of all resources by the Contractor on call-off basis to undertake the maintenance of reciprocating compressor valves currently being used in the Refinery. The Services include but not limited to: 1.,,Collection of the valves from QP Refinery at Mesaieed, Qatar and transporting them to the Contractor's ,,workshop facilities. 2.,,In the workshop, Contractor dismantles the valves for visual ,,inspection of major damage, valve plate breakage, excessive ,,wear, etc. Contractor then prepares for QP approval a ,,comprehensive technical report including the following: ,,i.,,Photos of the dismantled valve parts ,,ii.,,Photos of any damaged part ,,iii.,,Recommendation for valve repair ,,iv.,,Recommendation for required OEM spare parts ,,v.,,The estimated cost for the proposed repair 3.,,On completion of repair, transport back the repaired valves ,,to QP Refinery for future installation by QP. 4.,,The provision of all necessary compressor OEM spare parts for the repair.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-The Scope of Services includes carrying out Preventive Maintenance including Breakdown Repair Services and Replacement of Vital Componenets / Parts for Access Control Systems (ACS) Doors, Turnstile and Boom Barriers within Dukhan Fields, on a Call-Off basis

PROVISION OF TEACHING ASSISTANTS AT DUKHAN ENGLISH SCHOOL-CONTRACTOR is required to provide (55) Teaching Assistants to Dukhan English School as per the requirements/attached SOW.

The Scope of Work for EPIC Contracts includes the execution of CMMS related work wby utilizing a specialist SAP CMMS sub contractor. The final deliverable of the CMMS sub contract is known as “Interim Data Base (IDB)” which is handed over to Asset Holder for uploading into CMMS/SAP. The IDB contains the following: All relevant drawings Data Sheets. Operating and maintenance instructions. Maintenance Routines. Spare parts requirements. Spare parts ordering information.

TANK REHABILITATION SERVICES IN DUKHAN FIELDS-Rehabilitation of six (6) nos. Crude Oil tanks and three (4) nos. of fire water tanks within Dukhan Fields. The scope includes spading, desludging of tanks including sludge treatment and disposal, inspection of floor and roof plates and their replacement if required, access ladder, stairway and handrails replacement, refurbishment, painting and coating in line with inspection requirements.
