PROVISION OF ACCOMODATION BARGE TO SUPPORT PS4 SHUTDOWN AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-PROVISION OF ACCOMODATION BARGE TO SUPPORT PS4 SHUTDOWN AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS. Contractor shall provide Accommodation Barge with crew to support Shutdown activities at PS4 (NFA) for: a),,Jacking up alongside the offshore installation and connecting a gangway to provide easy pedestrian access to such offshore installation. b),,Providing accessible sleeping accommodation and catering services for Passenger(s) who will mainly consist of a labor force for QP engineering and offshore maintenance projects at the offshore installation. c),,Providing workshop, cranage, warehousing and lay down storage and similar support facilities for the QP engineering and offshore maintenance projects. d),,Providing a helideck and supply vessel mooring points for Passenger(s) and Cargo logistic support. Contract Duration shall be Fifty Six (56) days from the Effective Date excluding one month of Mobilization Period. Tentative EFFECTIVE DATE: 02 August 2020 Tentative START DATE: 01 September 2020 Tentative SCHEDULED COMPLETION DATE: 26 October 2020

PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND SUPPLY OF VEHICLES ON HIRE-PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND SUPPLY OF VEHICLES ON HIRE

MAINTENANCE/REPAIR OF UPS UNITS & BATTERY CHARGERS AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-CONTRACTOR shall supply all materials, supplies, personnel, services, supervision, testing devices, equipments, tools, consumables and each and every item of expense necessary to carry out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of each of the 86 Nos. UPS Units and Battery Chargers & Battery Banks, on call-off basis for five (5) years at QP Refinery, Mesaieed.

PROVISION OF FOUR (4) LAND RIGS FOR DRILLING & WORKOVER OPERATIONS WITHIN DUKHAN FIELDS FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR (4) YEARS-QP requires four (4) Rigs for Drilling and Workover operations in Dukhan Fields with the objective to drill, complete, re-complete and/or workover new or sidetrack wells or abandon wells in accordance with drilling and workover programs, which shall be issued to CONTRACTOR during the CONTRACT DURATION by QP. The drilling and workover programs shall be prepared by QP, which shall be within the framework of the terms and conditions of this CONTRACT. The Rig may be also used to drill shallow water source wells or to workover / complete the development oil, gas and water injector wells in Dukhan Fields as designated by QP in accordance with the stipulation of this CONTRACT. Rig movement shall be within the Dukhan Fields.

Supply, fabrication and installation. As per drawing No. NG 7328. 2.4,,Contractor shall Supply and install Plastic coated galvanized steel strainer wire for chain link fence fabric as per Contract Specs. 2.5,,Contractor shall Supply and install Barbed wire, 3 strand for use with concrete fence posts and gates as per Contract Specs. 2.6,,Contractor shall Supply and install Razor wire, stainless steel coiled type for use with concrete or steel fence posts as per Contract Specs. 2.7,,Contractor shall Supply, fabricate and erect of structural steel barbed wire connection as required to connect. (To include cutting, preparation, welding, grinding, drilling and machining as required. Includes preparation of shop drawings/sketches. Fabricated from standard steel sections (i.e. U.C's, U.B's, RSC's) (Unit 'TO' meaning Tones)). 2.8,,Contractor shall supply and carry out blasting and painting as Per QP standards for steel plats covers and gratings, etc. QP-SPC-L-002/ Schedule No. 1 In. IMPLEMENTATION OF FOUR (4) PCRs AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-Contractor shall carryout supply, installation/construction, testing and commissioning of the following four(4) Nos. Plant Change Requests (PCRs) at QP Refinery, Mesaieed: 1. 14-16-001 To replace existing reciprocating wash water pump 1403J/JA with suitable new pump to meet design water flow. 2. 15-16-001 To replace existing reciprocating wash water pump 1504J/JA with suitable new high speed centrifugal pump to meet design water flow. 3. 46-17-001 To replace existing reciprocating wash water pump 4604J/JA with suitable new high speed centrifugal pumps. 4. 19-17-001 Existing pump 1905J to be replaced with the new pump The work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work and Specifications, applicable Codes & Standards and other requirements, and shall also be consistent with good international engineering approved practices.

PROVISION OF WELL CONTROL AND INTERVENTION EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE WELLS-CONTRACTOR shall provide the SERVICES including supply of all labour, services, supervision, equipment, tools and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of the emergency and non-emergency Well control and invention Services on call-off basis as and when, and to the extend of, if at all required by QP for QP's Offshore and Onshore Fields. Contract Duration shall be five(5) years from the Effective Date of the Contract
