STUDY FOR FEASIBILITY, MARINE TRANSPORTATION, DEPLOYMENT & RECOVERY OF EPRS EQUIPMENT-Contractor shall carry out the conceptual and feasibility study and detailed engineering to establish the most suitable marine transport and handling vessel(s) to transport, deploy, recover the EPRS frames and equipment during EPRS operations. Contract Duration shall be twelve (12) calendar months.

CALL OFF CONTRACT FOR SCAFFOLDING SERVICES FOR MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The Services required under this Tender includes the provision of all type of scaffoldings and the provisions of all labour, materials, supervision, equipment and all necessary items at following locations under Mesaieed Operations: ,,a),,NGL Complex, Mesaieed ,,b),,Crude Oil Storage Tank Farm, Mesaieed ,,c),,Shipping Terminal, Mesaieed ,,d),,Small Boat Craft Harbour, Mesaieed ,,e),,Gas Distribution Stations (All stations under Mesaieed ,,,, Operations in Mesaieed, Doha and Ras Laffan) ,,g),,Trans-Peninsular pipeline routes, LBV stations up to Ras ,,,, Laffan The Services are to be performed by Contractor on Call-Off basis for a duration of five (5) years.

PROVISION OF N2 CYLINDER SHELTER & UPGRADE LIFTING FACILITY-PROVISION OF NITROGEN CYLINDER SHELTER, UPGRADATION OF LIFTING FACILITY & REFURBISHMENT OF RC CABLE TRENCH AT VARIOUS STATIONS

MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN DUKHAN FIELDS

MAINTENANCE OF CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEMS AT MESAIEED WHARV-CONTRACTOR shall maintain and repair / replace the Cathodic Protection Systems including provision of all required manpower, supervision, equipment / tools and tackles, spares, materials, consumables, services, and each and every item of expense

CALIBRATION AND SERVICING OF INSTRUMENTS FOR QP REFINERY MESAIEED-The Scope of Services includes provision of calibration workshop, test equipment / calibrators, tools, consumables, vehicles, technically capable supervisors/engineers, skilled technicians, fitters, helpers, riggers and the like to carry out removal, overhaul, calibration and functional test of specified instruments and control valves on call off basis. The services shall be carried out either on-site (respective instrument location or Contractor's workshop to be installed within Refinery premises) or off-site (Contractor's workshop outside Refinery premises) depending upon the extent of respective job. The Contract Duration will be five (5) calendar years from the Effective Date.

UPGRADE OF BS-100 AND BS-60 FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-CONTRACTOR shall carry out removal of existing FAS, supply and installation of new FAS including all required cabling, programming configuration and Communication for the FAS at 15 numbers buildings & complete with configuration and graphic modification in CFAMS located at ERCC control room and nearest Fire Station, followed by the required testing and commissioning for providing a fully functional FAS.

CHARTER OF A FLOATING STORAGE & OFFLOADING TANKER (FSO)FOR AL RAYYAN FIELD-CONTRACTOR shall provide one (01) Floating Storage and Offloading Tanker (FSO) together with an operational crew to support its Production facilities (i.e. Al Mourjan Platform) at Al Rayyan field. Contract Duration shall be sixty nine (69) months from the Effective Date

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL WORKS AT VARIOUS ONSHORE OPERATIONAL AREAS OF MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The Scope under this Call Off Contract is to carry out Miscellaneous Civil Work scope that may include building maintenance, building services maintenance, roads maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, industrial plant maintenance, minor new civil engineering construction and sand removal works for all facilities and pipelines within QP Mesaieed operations areas of responsibility. The Contractor shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, tools, equipment, materials, facilities, utilities and all other required resources to perform the Scope on call of basis.

UPGRADE/ REPLACEMENT OF BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-CONTRACTOR shall replace/ upgrade the existing BMS with current generation BMS to cover the control and monitoring of the HVAC and Potable Water systems for the seventy four (74) buildings located inside RLIC, including its supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration with the existing BMS systems in MPAC Central Chiller Plant and the new Fire Station No.6 in RLIC, and the central METASYS BMS servers situated both in RLIC and Dukhan, which shall include two supply, installation, and commissioning of Clients Workstations, industrial laptop and required software, at room no. RPB 103 inside Ras Laffan Industrial City. Scope of Services shall also include provision of certified training for a total of eight persons, for QP and QP Contractor Personnel for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the BMS workstations and usage of the software supplied.
